Amazing stay! Me and my friends had an amazing time here!!

Our stay at Trisha’s house was very good! The place fit all 9 of us and was in the perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants, bars, and even Wurstfest. Trisha was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to be close to downtown.

It was a perfect escape to be at your home with access to the river, pool and jacuzzi that stayed open til 11pm - just what the family needed!

everything was exactly as described, beautiful wonderful, excellent for vacation, a super safe village and the nice people there in every sense of the word, there are deer in the streets like perrito jjjj, I would go back a thousand times, the water park in front of the accommodation, I recommend buying the tickets online they go cheaper, it is a little expensive but worth it, the pool and the jacuzzi very good, I loved it, I did not want to go back to🏡, the managers of the resort are always aware of what you need, Thank you Kody.

We had a great time and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

The apartment matched the pictures and descriptions. It was clean, and everything went smoothly. The pool was nice; it was small so on a busy summer day it might get crowded. You could also easily access the river. You can walk to the water park, but a walk to town is a bit far (although doable and safe). The neighborhood was quiet, and parking was easy.

Good value for the proximity to Canyon Lake and very clean! Host Kelly was very communicative and offered some flexibility for my stay. And all the utilities, appliances, & fixtures were in great working order. The listing photos were very accurate in my experience.

Great place at a great price, clean house and spacious. We were not on a vacation stay had some work to be done close by, but it was nice outside definitely a place i would like to stay again.

Our families loved staying at this condo. It is literally steps from the Comal River. We loved not having to fight holiday traffic in town to go float the river. We had fun just hanging out in front of the condo. The condo is perfectly situated in town that you can get anywhere pretty quickly. We did not have a single problem and never had a need to reach out to the host, although I feel that it would have been easy to reach her had we needed anything. The condo is spacious and each room has a bathroom. We will be back next summer!

The place was great for our guys golf outing. Only set back was the front door lock wasn't working but it worked out. Great water pressure and hot water. We had a great time.

Jan was very responsive and helpful. The location is great. Easy walk to the river and all of the shops and restaurants in Gruene. Beautiful and very clean facilities.

enjoyed and loved my stay at the condo. very clean, loved that it had two tv’s one in the living room and one in the bedroom. very clean and spacious restroom. super cute and modern condo. it has everything you need! i love that it is pet friendly!!! i definitely recommend this place and for sure will book again when i go back to NB for my next trip!

Home was super clean, Very responsive!

Ramiro's place was excellent! Such a great location, right on the Riverwalk, super close to lots of cool spots. It was clean and checkin was smooth, with clear instructions. We appreciated Ramiro's good communication and recommendations for nearby places to eat. Parking garage was easily accessible to the unit. The only issue we had was some neighbors played music or videogames with very loud bass until about 10:30 at night, but it wasn't super noticable with the sound machine we brought going. Overall, a really great experience! The complex pool looked lovely l, as advertised, and we would have used it if the weather were warmer during our stay.

Paula and Rafael’s place was absolutely lovely, it was super cute and cozy! It’s in a great location, close to parks and right in the middle of all the fun things to do in San Marcos. The hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend this spot to anyone planning a fun, relaxing getaway!

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

Loved the house, was clean and well kept. The only suggestion I could think to give would be to include in the instructions whether it’s the door on the left or right. We made it to the house when it was already dark and I tried to get into the neighbors door on accident! Other than that the stay was wonderful

I will definitely be staying here again when I return to San Antonio. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the A/C worked very well, which was heaven after being in the hot sun all day.
