Jenn's house was a perfect place to relax and recharge! She is a very thoughtful host and it shows in all the added touches. A beautiful gift basket welcomed us! Umbrellas we're left for us because it was going to rain. Tubs we're deeper than most and was a nice change than the norm. Jenn also is very quick to respond . Beds we're so comfy!! It's hard to find a house so comfortable in every way! The location is walkable to cute shops and great restaurants with beautiful views! This my most favorite AIRBNB I've ever stayed in, and I rent at least 4 times a year through other websites as well. Can't wait to come back! Thank you Jenn for making my girls weekend so pleasant :)

This is the second year with Joanne - we gathered our 4 adult children, their spouses and pets from 4 states to spend thanksgiving together in one space and cook together to include additional aunts/uncles and cousins. This space was beyond perfect! Joanne went out of her way to put holiday decorations and table linens out, to provide tables and seating for a lingering meal! The sleeping arrangements were comfy for 8 and we could get out and walk the canal paths with our fur family! Since Joanne does professional catering, there was nothing lacking in the super stocked kitchen from dishes, utensils, pots/pans to spices and everything we didn’t know we needed, but did!! Felt like home!!!!

We had a lovely time staying in Tom’s home. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. Tom was so responsive to our messages and very friendly… he was kind enough to check on us the day after check in. The neighborhood where the house is located is peaceful and had a great water view. We definitely would stay again if we are in the area again.

Annie's listing is beautiful. The location is 15 minutes away from all the sites in Newport. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Lovely trip to Newport. Location of this house is perfect. Everything was clean and nice and super super easy communication. We forgot some small items and the hosts went above and beyond to mail them back to us.Great stay.

The house was very clean and in a great location. The outdoor area was exceptional and we enjoyed several meals outside as a family. A walk to Pebble Beach (.5 miles) is definitely worth it! Just a lovely beach to spend some time on. We will definitely come back to this area in the future!

This place is everything you see in the pictures and more! Location is perfect - in a quiet enough neighborhood but a short walk from scenic falmouth ocean views and beaches and a short drive from downtown Falmouth for shops and restaurants. The pool is in excellent condition, clean and even though the weather didnt cooperate during our visit, the water was warm enough to enjoy even in 50 degree weather. The bedrooms are roomy and there are lots of unique cozy places to socialize for mid to large families or groups. The house is immaculately clean and Susan is perfect as a host - super responsive, prompt and flexible.

Everything was great at the location. I currently a house in the area, but wanted a bigger place for my family to visit. Kitchen came with everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner including plates, cups, utensils. We really didn't need to buy much outside of a few things. I wasn't aware there was a section for kids, or a room set up for kids. I may have missed that when booking, but it was a pleasant suprise to see they had a room already ready for my young nephew setup for children. My only problem was that the office downstairs did not have a power cable for the monitor or video cable to connect to it. The office space downstairs is nice with an adjustable desk and computer chain, but for working remotely I did not have anyway to connect to the monitor so I had to provide my own power cable for the monitor and video cable. Outside that, it is a beautiful home and the neighboor is really in a nice area. If you need a bigger spot, this place definitely will fit the bill.

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

It was a great stay. Already booked again. I read the reviews (complaints) and had concerns about cleanliness, laundry at checkout, and spiders. No issue at all! There was 1 spider outside, and the house was spotless. Checkout expectations were perfectly reasonable and doable. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you off-the place was awesome and the beds were more comfortable than my bed at home!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at the Kingston Cottage. Jackie was a wonderful host. The cottage was the perfect homebase to reconnect with friends and family in Rhode Island. Its location made it easy for us to get to and from the airport, Providence, Newport, and the ocean. We loved using the complimentary beach passes Jackie left for us. And even though it rained a lot during our vacation, there were still plenty of things to do at the cottage, like games and puzzles, and indoors around Kingston that made our trip worthwhile. The cottage's space was great for kids and entertaining relatives who stopped by to say hello. Jackie went above and beyond to make sure my family had a great experience in Rhode Island. She was very accommodating when our plane was delayed and we arrived at the cottage at 2 in the morning. And when my kids left one of their favorite stuffed animals, she graciously mailed it back to us. We had such a good time at Kingston Cottage and hope to stay there again.

Such a lovely time and Chris & Cynthia’s! Cynthia was so communicative leading up to our stay and kindly greeted us upon arrival for a quick walkthrough of the property. They were so accommodating and easy going with check in times and were so pet friendly! Loved staying here!

This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

we stayed at Tom's place for 4 months from Nov 23 thru Feb 24. The place was excellent. Very comfortable and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home! Tom was very responsive and helpful. The location is ideal! It is a short walk to the water and easy drive to many other beaches. The ferries to MV or Nantucket are a few minutes away by car. If you are headed to the Cape, we highly recommend a stay at Tom's place!

This was our second time at Sean’s place, which was a bonus because we knew the kitchen would be stocked with spices to cook our holiday dinner. And the libing space is roomy, good heating in winter (and cooling in summer). Sean is a great host!

Sarah was a wonderful host - quickly responding to any questions we had. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space and the outdoor firepit was an added bonus.

We knew we weren't going to be on the beach but we wanted to be near the beaches and we were. The cottage was a little Gem in a secluded area off a main road with a private neighborhood behind. The landscaping was so adorable with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit w/ outdoor bbq & seating area. It was cutely decorated with a newer kitchen & ALL the things needed for your stay! The loft bedroom was so cool & games in the L.R.! Our family had a wonderful gathering and fun stay. The beaches were beautiful and we got to bring our dog, Freedom along for the fun! We'd stay here again!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely cottage for 4 days while visiting for a wedding. I myself LOVED the quint and cozy comforts of the cottage. It was private, quiet, and really just lovely for a little weekend (I could even do a week) get away. My husband, however, did not enjoy the stay as much as I did. He felt the value for the cottage was overpriced some. My sister and her wife were set to sleep on the pull out couch (this was a back up plan) and opted not too b/c they felt the space was humid and the pull out did not appeal to their comfort. BUT I could seriously live here! If was charming and lovely. It took me right into the environment of the region and made me feel like a local. The kitchen had everything you needed. The fridge is smaller, but local restaurants and groceries make it easy to buy food every other day or so. While my husband and family may give it more a 7/10; Personally, I give it a 10/10!
