My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Nulu and downtown are minutes away. You can stroll down our lovely sidewalks and look at the beautiful Victorian houses and trees, enjoy some great food, with lots of quirky shops just footsteps away. Enjoy!

Ideal, quiet place in the highlands. You have the apartment over the garage. You'll have a place all to yourself with most the amenities of your own home. Studio apartment with a balcony if you decide to hang out and relax for the evening. There is a cook top, but no oven in the kitchen. Park in the driveway in front of the garage. Pets are welcome, plz add them when booking.

Great stay!! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was a great area to get to fun places in Nulu and super convenient to walk to Whiskey Row. Big city with a small town feel and felt very safe where we were. The back courtyard was a cute area to privately relax outside ! I ❤️Louisville!!!

In terms of value for what you pay here, this place is a steal! Great for a quick weekend place to stay! The home is exactly as described and looks pretty much identical to the pictures. I highly recommend! The only downside is that it feels a little cramped when you have 5+ people. But, if you only intend to stay the night here and clean up after a long day, I can’t say there are any downsides at all! Great place! Host responds quickly and the place was clean.

Delighted to return to this wonderful space. Very responsive hosts (important when encountered an issue with lock when first arrived--have stayed many times and it was always seamless before and resolved quickly since hosts responded immediately). There were snowstorms before and during stay and hosts were responsive about salting stairs and shoveling which was appreciated. Clean, quiet, private space with clear instructions and many thoughtful amenities--the hosts really care about guests having a comfortable stay. Blackout curtains are on some windows but not entry doors (blinds let light in for those who want to enjoy light while still having privacy) so bring an eyemask if sensitive to light and sleeping late. WiFi worked great when had to work (and hosts thoughtfully provide seat cushions in bathroom closet for those of us sitting/working for long periods). I look forward to returning in future!

Place was beautiful! I booked this air bnb for my best friends bachelorette she really loved the place. Air bnb was walkable to a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and activities. Host was very nice,talked to us about the place and gave us a run down of everything about the place and let us enjoy it for the rest of the stay! Place was really clean and nicely decorated. One of the bathrooms had a bidet with a warming seat which was super cool! 10/10 would recommend!!

Everything that was stated in the post was accurate. The deciding factor on choosing this Air B&B was a couple of things to me. We have been coming to Louisville for our activity for many years now. We have stayed in hotels, and the last several years AirB&B. In the past, it was kinda sketchy in some of the neighborhoods in Louisville, but this was not that way. This home had a driveway 3 vehicles could park in, enough furniture worth sitting on for 5 adults, outdoor furniture to enjoy on clear nights or early mornings. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and one upstair. I will say that the downstairs bathroom is a little small, but the bedrooms have full length mirrors to help with getting ready. I hope to rent this home again in the future.

Enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants. The owners were nice and checked in on my needs (I stayed for two weeks). With it being an older building, the walls are thin so you can hear some noise from the adjacent unit if there’s louder tenants. That doesn’t bother me so it didn’t affect my review. Overall, enjoyed my stay.
