Condo vacation rentals in Nevis

My family and I spent an incredible week at Joyce's place! We instantly felt at home. This condo was fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. The living room was charming and cozy, the bedrooms were clean, and the kitchen had all the useful small appliances. The view was a bonus, as we loved listening to the ocean in the mornings. The condo is also perfectly located, near a supermarket and some restaurants. Joyce is a fun and loving host and communicating with her, before and during our trip, was smooth and very helpful! We are so thankful for you Joyce and your hospitality. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return one day!

We loved our stay @ Nelson Springs. The unit was ideal for our needs. Great beachfront deck for dinner or morning coffee-our favourite feature. Screened in to minimize bugs. Unit was well stocked, updated& maintained. As advertised. Chris&Vanessa very communicative& responsive, but didn’t need much as the unit was in super shape. Barefoot beach bar (literally 10 steps away) was a hidden gem with tasty drinks and dinners. Only ate there once but wished we had a few more meals there. Great quiet beach for swimming or walking. Two other restaurants a beach walk away. Great location although nothing on the island is too far. Quiet island with stuff to do-waterfall hike,hot springs,local food,historic sites, interesting downtown. Friendly locals. There was construction on neighbouring property during our stay. Chris ensured we were aware of this pre-booking -we appreciated his integrity. We barely noticed any noise though& it had no impact on our stay. Would definitely stay again! Thx Chris

We had a fantastic stay! The host was very accommodating and made everything easy, even allowing us a late checkout since there was no direct booking after us. Checking in late in the evening was also no problem at all. Although we didn’t meet the host in person, communication was clear and helpful. The place itself was great—comfortable and excellent value for the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant stay on Sint Kitts.

Claudio's place was exactly as described and was very well appointed --especially in the kitchen. We did not cook much but appreciated that we could do whatever we wanted when it suited us. There is a market and restaurant that is mere steps from apartment. The neighborhood is safe enough that my usually nervous wife felt comfortable taking her daily walks on her own in the morning and evening. The only glitch of note was a power outage to the apartment late one night but that was quickly solved by the complex's staff the next morning (they had all hands on deck working on it) -- so a big kudos to them as well. Would definitely recommend Claudio's to others and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our vacation was Amazing! The accommodation at 'The Sands Complex C19' was everything we expected and more. Pattricia attention to detail was impeccable and this ensured that we had all the necessities available to us. The location was perfect as everything was within reach and easily accessible. Our experience was awesome as we comfortably enjoyed all that St. Kitts & Nevis had to offer, and they did not disappoint. We'll definitely be back and any one we know going to St. Kitts & Nevis, your place will surely be recommended as first choice.

Leslie's place is great as a place to stay on St. Kitts. It was easy to get to the popular beaches on the southside of the island but also to explore areas in the north part of the island. The view from the balcony was amazing as the apartment sits high up on the hill. Leslie and his son, Josh, were very communicative throughout the trip. If you're renting a car (I recommend you do) I'd note that the drive up to the house is very steep and finding the house at night can be tricky the first time. The apartment is huge and has a washer + dryer. We didn't overlap with someone in the other airbnb and we didn't run into the doctor who lives downstairs so that made our stay feel pretty private. I would stay here again.

We were staying there for a few days, and we felt like home, it was really enjoyable. The kitchen was absolutely amazing because there were everything for cooking. Also it’s very comfortable place, because our host left us a lot of towels, we had two bathrooms, it’s a really good place! We enjoyed a lot to staying there! We recommend this place, because this apartment is fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean when we arrived, and the hosts provided washing liquid, soap and even food and drinks for when we arrived. The hosts were super responsive and very much tried to make our stay pleasant. My only feedback is that the kitchen wasn't that well equipped in terms of cooking utensils and cutlery. Other than that, the apartment was definitely worth it for the price!

The location is beautiful. I got locked out, and the host let me back in within 10 minutes. My only complaints are the TV/Wifi is slow, and some of the doors on the porch were very hard to open. However, the location and apartment overall are great. I will definitely be back.

I booked last minute and they were able to accommodate me. I love the flexible check out time. The room was clean and looked like the pictures. The security onsite is very helpful when checking in. Definitely would stay again.

Quinn was very easy and quick to communicate with! Was very responsive and friendly and helped me out when I needed to leave my things because of a late flight. The accommodations were perfect: the view of the ocean and being able to sleep to the sound of the waves was magical! The accommodation also had everything I needed and even a yoga mat and small weights, which I was very happy about. All the utensils you need and welcome snacks - very nice and important. Convenient location if you are walking. 15 minutes to the strip by the beach with tons of restaurants and 5-15 minutes the other way to lots of other restaurants and duty free stores. I regret only spending very few days here. Would love to come back here again!!!

We have vacationed in Nevis over 10 times so knew what to expect of the Island and people which are tremendous. We have stayed in private villas in the past which affords ultimate privacy, so a condo stay was a change for us. There are definite positives to staying at Hamilton Beach and Mango in particular. Location on ground floor, near the beach and pool is extremely convenient. Property is beautifully maintained. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Yachtsman Grill which had great food and drink at reasonable prices. Daily visits from Yachtsman cats was enjoyed as well. As others have noted the villa itself is perfectly appointed. The food, drinks, sundries, cleaning products, bug spray etc. was awesome to have provided to us. Above and beyond any place we have ever stayed. We hope to be back again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s unit at the gorgeous Nelson Spring. This was the perfect home away from home and allowed us to truly enjoy the 50th Celebration of Nevis Culturama. The villa is located right on the beach, and I enjoyed waking up in morning to the sounds of ocean waves and enjoying morning coffee on the veranda. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and water. The unit was very spacious and accommodating. Vanessa gave clear instructions and checked up on us to make sure we had a good time. Can’t wait to stay again. Nevis truly is nice.

Christine’s place was even better than expected! The airbnb had ample space, was very clean upon arrival, was in walkable distance to some restaurants and the beach, and was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend it!

Stayed at Sandy's place July 3rd 2024 to July 8th. Place was as in pictures. Slightly dated for me but made no difference to my stay. Place and grounds were very comfortable and quiet. Met a few very friendly neighbours. Great location, very close to many shops, restaurants etc. All on doorstep or in short walking distance. Walk to beach a bit longer but still easily do-able. Had no real issues after getting in so didn't really have to contact Sandy but before that Sandy replied to any messages very quickly. Enjoyed my stay, would consider if I need a place in future and would definitely recommend Sandy's place.

Beautiful location, serene setting with easy access to the beach and a well manicured property. The pool is pristine and cleaned often. On top of this, with the few hiccups we experienced from things out of our hosts control they were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Gracious host, sublime location!
