Very quiet and very nice environment. Well-equipped house. Several tables, chairs and a bench in a beautiful little garden. There is indeed no GSM network as the listing perfectly specifies. The house has a small ADSL connection. We had trouble finding activities the first few days, so I recommend: - Electric boat on the Canal du Berry in Vallon en Sully - Bike with electric assistance in Noyant d 'Allier - Souvigny - Moulin

The house is very spacious and pleasant to live in. The setting is bucolic, the garden very well maintained. The beds are comfortable, the amenities are very complete. The owners received us with great kindness. I can only recommend this place to those who want to recharge in the countryside in a very beautiful property.

Very pleasant stay in a mansion with a lot of character, itself located in an area offering many opportunities for walks and visits. The attraction was the visit of the owl scary steeples coming to stick to the window of the dining room one evening to observe us:).

We had a lovely week in this very large house pleasant to stay in. The size of the rooms allows you to spend time together without being cramped in. The kitchen is functional and large, the living room, garden and dining room are adapted to the number of people who can stay in the cottage The garden is very large and shaded, a plus with the heat of this week. A peaceful harbor in the countryside, ideal to recharge your batteries and enjoy being together. An address to remember.

Great Christmas with the family in Marie and Arnaud's house! This is an authentic country house full of charm and tastefully renovated. The weather allowed us to enjoy the very large garden and pétanque court. We also met the farmer neighbor who raised cows and broutards, the city kids were delighted. For shopping, an Auchan supermarket is a 15-minute drive away, very convenient.

Great stay! Restful and very pleasant. The indoor pool is a real asset that we enjoyed when it was bad weather. Lots to see in the surrounding cities. Thank you to the owners who were very kind and attentive to our needs. Thank you for your hospitality and I'll even say see you soon…

Large house with lots of space and brightness, perfectly located in Chavignol and ideal for discovering the region and its vineyard. Five real bedrooms, refurbished bathrooms. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved, and some kitchen utensils - although everything is there - are outdated. Concierge service was responsive.

We had a brilliant week in Charentonnay, the peace of the surrounding area was fantastic and we all loved spending time in the pool which was a great size for five children and four adults. The kids loved exploring the grounds by bike and many happy memories were made. We explored the local towns of La Charité, Pouilly and Bourges all of which were beautiful. Jan was a very responsive and helpful host. Hope to return one day!

What a lovely place to stop over for a night. Maria is so lovely and the description of the property is exactly as it states. we enjoyed the beautiful old building and the peacefulness of the surroundings.

Lovely house with super pool. Unfortunately, we had chosen a bad week again. It was cold and then the house is quite on the small side, especially few seating areas in the living room. Except at the table. But of course you should sit outside in the beautiful garden here. There are plenty of sunbeds and nice chairs. Close to Sancerre, Nevers and Bourges are nice. The hosts are very sweet and helpful, the welcome is super furnished with a fantastic American refrigerator and ice lumps machine. Nice beds, nice place!

Very nice clean and functional house, well equipped for a small group. We were 6 adults and two children. Beautiful garden to eat out on sunny days. Nice points of interest for family walks nearby.

Very well-equipped spacious house in a very quiet environment. We had a lovely weekend with the family and enjoyed the large hot tub. The house is very clean and matches the photos. Guillaume is very responsive and accommodating.

Very nice two-night stay at Villa Madeleine on the way back from our holiday. Empty with a real soul, the villa is splendid and the rooms impeccable. Tatiana gave us a warm welcome. Very available, she accompanied us during our short stay by indicating the visits to be made but also nice places to eat (restaurant la marine at the Baye pond👍). The villa's amenities (pool and hot tub) are very nice and Tatiana's breakfasts are perfect. We were with 2 teenage girls aged 14 (our daughter and one of her friends); we will definitely come back and maybe even for a short stay as a couple to discover the Morvan in more depth.

Excellent stay at Hakima's. The garden is idyllic: large lot perfectly enclosed and without vis-à-vis, terraces for all times of the day, Nordic bath (which we did not turn on given the heat - useless), fruit trees ... the delight of morning raspberries in the mint scents! The house is very nice, perfectly equipped (even with consumables - pepper salt, cleaning products, etc. -), which is very nice. The icing on the cake: a breakfast basket was waiting for us. We reported two small inconveniences in the rooms, Hakima immediately took them into account and offered a small compensation - really unexpected and more than correct. We will be back!
