Great and budget friendly place to stay close to everything Vegas has to offer! Definitely a budget rental, but for the price you can’t beat it. Just don’t expect Caesar’s palace and you’ll be fine!

Very quiet and great spot! Nothing was longer than a 15 min ride uber/Lyft and stores are in walking distance. Really cozy and the air conditioning worked great! Will definitely book again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for EDC weekend and it was the perfect distance to the festival everyday avoiding the main busy freeway but close enough to the strip to go check things out! Alexander was very helpful and flexible when asking for early check in or a later check out. Place was the perfect size and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

I had a fantastic stay! The space was much larger than I expected and offered a great sense of privacy. Everything was incredibly clean, and the private parking was a huge plus. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided made the stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the outdoor area—it was the perfect place to unwind as the evening cooled down. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at Qiana’s. We’ve stayed here several times. The back yard is perfect for us, the pool and hot tub are very nice. The house is large enough for 10 of us and it has everything we need. Qiana is always an amazing host. Our coffee maker stopped working and she had a brand new one delivered within hours. We always hope that Qiana’s place is available when we make our trips to Vegas.

The kids and grandkids absolutely loved the place, the pool, and the whole experience. We had to find a place in a pinch and in the midst of our chaos at home with some repairs being done, Michele’s place made for a perfect staycation and break. Would definitely recommend.

The view was marvelous!! Our first night there we didn’t even go out. We just hung out all night on the balcony, enjoying the sunset/view. Was very relaxing indeed. We had gone for a race event I was participating in down at the Las Vegas Speedway. Was only about 20 min out. Not bad at all. Besides that, the room was very clean exactly how it is on the pictures. Couldn’t have asked for more, we felt right at home. Lots of places to eat down at the casino. Which was just down the elevator. Way closer than I thought. You can walk down the strip or just take a taxi which was only like 3-5 min away. Just wanna thank Ruben for hosting us, we had a great time. Will definitely be booking again for next years event. This is our go to now whenever we’re in Vegas!

Peaceful and private. Thought the train might bother me but it was pleasant to hear in the AM and I quickly fell back to sleep. Loved the deer hanging around the property. Comfortable bed and the bath towels were super soft. Donna was very nice and it was a pleasure to meet her.

Amazing stay! Andi’s place was exactly as described and spacious. It is near many of the Las Vegas attractions and a great spot to return to.

Dwight was very helpful, informative, and flexible without group. Everything was easy and straightforward. There was also plenty of games and activities included which really helped with our downtime. great space. highly recommend

A more than adequate space, has everything you need. More than that AJ was very responsive to our needs. He had new bedsheets ready for the sofa bed, when we told him our coffeemaker wasn’t working, he immediately remedied the problem and brought a new one.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location and Mike was very nice allowing us to check in early which helped out tremendously since we arrived earlier than anticipated. The place was simple but elegant and very comfortable!! I would definitely book this place again for my future Vegas visits!

We stayed here for 3 weeks and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (washer & dryer, cookware/utensils, wi-fi, plenty of towels, etc.). The apartment is also only a 4 minute walk to the shuttle stop that takes you to the Heavenly gondola. We had a great stay, definitely recommend.

The condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with an excellent Keurig machine. Big 65" TV was great. I found the bedding to be very comfortable as well and the area very quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, thought the stay was well worth it and very enjoyable. The host is very responsive.

This place was nothing less than amazing. It was well stocked and decorated beautifully. The view of the mountains was a bonus. The staff and the front desk were very nice and helpful. Although we were not directly on the strip it was just a few steps away. I think I walked the strip more this time than I ever have being on the strip. The home is beautiful very comfortable and cozy. I definitely will be staying again. Only 8 minutes away from the airport.

Wesley & Lance were great hosts! The place was clean, comfortable, and private. The location was perfect for us, easy access to the strip and surrounding areas with lots of space to walk our pup. We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.
