Shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, buses and subways, while is very close and displacement often walk away. Access to train stations and airports are direct by metro or RER.

Protected from noise and time, in the city center, this barn belongs to the impressionist views of the 19th century. quiet and nice house for our big family weekend. all the rooms are comfortable and large and two of them have private bathrooms and offices for tt. You are quickly in the forest and the center is 5 min drive. the only small negative point and that there is no food point (bread, supermarket, restaurant ) within walking distance .

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Fantastic place that was very well centralized. The host was fantastic. He gave us incredibly clear instructions and was readily available. The apartment itself gave very cute Amelie vibes. I would just caution anyone with a physical disability in that the apartment is on the third floor with these narrow stairs that is easy to navigate if you are able-bodied. Additionally to get into the tub you need to climb in and out, which may be tricky for someone with a disability. That being said my 85-year-old mother did not have any issues. The apartment was wonderful.

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Paris thanks to Franck's place! We found many local restaurants and shops that offer authentic Parisian experience. It's a short walk to the metro stations, to Les Halles shopping mall, and to the Louvre. Franck's instruction was very clear in terms of check-in and check-out, and his place is clean and functional. We couldn't recommend this place more!

The apartment is in wonderful shape and is very spacious, particularly for Paris. The location just off Henri Cadiou Parc is peaceful, beautiful, and felt very safe. We were very comfortable staying here. Veronique was an excellent host. She was responsive and checked in (via message) once or twice during our stay to make sure all was well

We stayed here 5 nights with 2 teenagers and had a great stay. The location on the canal was great, especially with the great weather! Loved the neighborhood! A perhaps unusual apartment (converted store) in which someone actually lives, so we were visiting, you meet here more and more rarely 😉- we find that very pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

Phenomenal view of Norte Dame, just spectacular from the upper bedroom and the rooftop. Apartment is in good shape and bathrooms are newly renovated. Nice location with coffee shops, food and parks right out the front door. Only downside was the walk up a narrow staircase- mainly an issue when checking in/out with luggage. Michael had great communication before, and during the stay and provided many recommendations. Great stay overall

My husband, 13 year old son and I made this our home base for a week of exploring Paris and it was fantastic. The apartment has a beautiful view in all directions -including the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The vibe of the space, sunsets and quiet murmur from the street level made the time we spent there wonderful. We listened to records and drank wine and coffee to the hum of the city-but had completely peaceful bedrooms on the back side of the apartment at night. The location is fantastic-we were able to walk to the Seine, shopping districts, Oberkampf and Place des Vosges was right at the end of the block. Super convenient metro... The shower was hot, there is a washing machine and dishwasher and the bakery around the corner Tranche was fantastic for morning croissants. The apartment was perfect, Maia was helpful and responsive and we cannot wait to stay here again. It was a perfect spot, and well worth the walk daily up the 6 flights of stairs that kept us in shape!

Great apartment with 3 bedrooms (one with a bed for a small child). Renovated not long ago it was also very close to transport and shops and restaurants. Lots of light! Air conditioning must be nice in summer. Balcony over the garden is super nice. Thank you for having us. We will be back!!
