Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Neukirchen am Großvenediger

We spent the Christmas season with the family (10 adults + 2 children) in Christian and Alrike's accommodation. Communication before, during and after the trip was excellent. No questions remained unanswered. We found everything as described. The icing on the cake: Christian and Alrike gave us a 🎄 Christmas tree. Thank you for everything 🙏 We can recommend this place with a clear conscience.

Kerstin and Karolin's cottage leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. Large rooms with lots of space , everything very clean and great garden to romp and play. The location is fantastic , very close to the Saalach located in a quiet residential area. Directly from the house you can start great hikes / cycling tours. We arrived with 2 children ( baby and 3-year-old) and were greeted very warmly with many tips. During our stay, our hosts were always very quickly accessible. Both arrival and departure and communication were uncomplicated and absolutely warm. We had a wonderful relaxing time and would love to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Roman’s property over Christmas and highly recommend it! The house is full of charm, very well-equipped, and located just 10-15 minutes from the city by car, yet surrounded by peaceful countryside. The views from the living room and kitchen are stunning, and we loved seeing the cows and hens next door. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the heating was excellent, and the separate toilet and bathroom were so convenient. The kitchen had fantastic appliances and plenty of supplies, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Roman was an outstanding host—he communicated promptly, answered all our questions, and gave us great tips on local attractions. He made everything seamless from start to finish. Thank you, Roman, for a fabulous Christmas stay! It was peaceful, cozy, and unforgettable.

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

Beautiful and peaceful, unbelievable views.

We had a lovely time in Brem. The property exudes Bavarian coziness and is close to several hiking trails. Contact with Thomas (via messages) and Peter (on site) worked smoothly and was always very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped. We especially liked having two ponies as direct neighbors. The Achental is always worth a trip. We would definitely come back.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated. Since the apartment is located in the middle of the center, many restaurants and cafes are right at your doorstep

We stayed at the property for a week skiing and were super happy with it. The place is quiet but very well located. By car, it is less than 5 minutes to the ski lift. The ski resort (Verbund Ski Amadé) is also very good. A tip from us is the toboggan run in Radstadt (about 30 minutes by car - but can be used by ski pass from Ski amadé). We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. It exactly matches the description and images from the display. The opening hours of the sauna could be better so that even people who do not ski could use it in the morning (times of the sauna only from 3-8 pm) and the temperature of the pool is too cold for small children - you have to stay in motion so that it does not get too cold. All in all a really very nice holiday :-)

Lea's house was a pleasant surprise: clean, very well-stocked and in a great position, basically in front of the ski slopes. Lea was always very responsive in giving information and very kind in allowing us to check out late. Highly recommended!

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

We went skiing at Nadia's place. The apartment is extremely spacious and only equipped of upscale quality. We (2 families) immediately felt comfortable and found everything we need. The two car parking spaces in the underground car park are also perfect for taking the kids to the ski resort quickly. We will be happy to come back!

i can say that belinda welcome us with her warmest hospitality and so friendly. her apartment is so clean and neat. a lot of stuff provided make us easily cook and we feel like staying at our own home. thanks belinda and i m strongly recommend the others to stay at your place. no regret and feel it worth it.

Fabulous host! Very helpful, informative, and willing to share local experiences! Always proactive to ensure a wonderful stay. One of the best hosts you could ask for on Airbnb! Apartment is within walking distance to Nordic trails and a short drive to excellent Alpine ski areas. Highly recommended!!

Super nice independent little house next to the owners house - with parking space. Super nice, very cozy and lovingly decorated. Super nice, accommodating, friendly landlords. Great on the day of departure was also that we could leave the car at the parking lot all the next day. Glad to come back - it was a very nice weekend.

My stay with Rainer was excellent. The location was super central, shops, supermarkets and restaurants were within walking distance. You had to go skiing by car, but was very easy to find. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. Everything you need was available. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and super friendly. Highly recommended!!!! We had a great stay!! Check in and out was smooth and hosts friendly. Location was perfect for walking into town to shops and getting to the train station/ bus. Its was also very peaceful at night. The accomadation was just what we had hoped with comfy beds, clean spacious rooms, lovely balcony, cosy sitting area that had a tv with lots of films and games. Overall a fab place and will be recommending to friends and family wanting a short or long stay.

Silvia was a great host! The place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Location was central in our trip to the dolomites and lots of nearby markets and restaurants. She lives close by, so if I had any questions, she was within minutes of solving the issue or responding to any messages. The addition of a gated parking garage was a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to experience the Italian alps and see the things I wasn't able to during my time here.

Perfect apartment for a few days. Lovingly and tastefully decorated, smart solutions for storage space. For a coffee in the morning, all the things were there, which is perfect. In summer, the terrace invites you to sit outdoors.

The apartment is very cozily furnished, beautifully bright and very well equipped. The location is great: the lake, various restaurants, supermarket, delicatessen and train station are within walking distance. Jaana and Sebastian are great hosts - super nice, helpful and always respond directly. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back!
