I use the accommodation for a professional stay. It is absolutely quiet, tidy and clean - which are the most important criteria for me. A car I would say is a must because I didn't see a supermarket, bakery within walking distance - which doesn't have to mean it doesn't exist. Elvira is very nice and helpful and I look forward to being a guest in your house again soon!

A great place to stay. It was very clean, nicely decorated and exactly as described. Check-in was straightforward and I was otherwise also very nicely welcomed and instructed. It was very quiet and cozy. It was particularly great (for me) that you could cook through the kitchen yourself and you felt at home. All in all just perfect. Will certainly book there again:)

Enjoy our stay at Bernhard's place! The stove was already on upon entering. Beautiful, large apartment in a quiet area. Fully equipped. Bad Iburg is a beautiful place, plenty to do, yet also small and quiet. Friendly people spoke instead of themselves. Beautiful wooded area. Osnabrück is easy to travel by express bus. All very satisfied!

We only stayed in Gronau for one night, but it was still perfect! Very flexible check-in, the apartment just has everything your heart desires (even a Netflix account) and it was very clean. Check-Out until 12 noon is also very pleasant. We will be back on occasion!!

I've been with Barbara for a week and couldn't be happier to stay with her! After a problematic accommodation before, Barbara offered me a little paradise at short notice, which is really worth every penny. The apartment is absolutely clean and well maintained, the bathroom offers full privacy, and the wifi works perfectly – everything very important to me. The location is ideal: shopping and restaurants are only 600 meters. The beautiful garden can be used, and as a special highlight there is a sauna with a fire bowl in front – perfect for cozy evenings. Barbara's kindness makes the stay even more enjoyable. I wish I could give her 6 stars because they were really deserved here. Thank you Barbara for this perfect place to stay!

everything was perfect. great bed with nice bedding. Everything was there in the bathroom and kitchen. Parking in front of the house, great location, also for the dog, as park is close by. Lotte has everything a superhost needs

Beautiful holiday home in large farmhouse in quiet, wooded area. Supermarket at 5 km. Beautiful marked cycling routes nearby. Larger cities of Münster and Osnabrück are a half hour drive. Nice side effect: there are alpacas on the farm.

I am in Osnabrück several times a year for a few days and then always a guest with Petra if possible. The location and the apartment are just great. The amenities and the cleanliness are impeccable. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was great! The place could be found right away, the check-in went smoothly, Günter visited me briefly on the first evening and gave me some helpful tips and instructions, he was very friendly, he was always easily accessible for questions as a host, the apartment corresponds to the information, everything looks like in the photos – in short: I was completely satisfied.

was a great stay. A nice home with every comfort. The location is perfect. Close to downtown yet very quiet. Because the weather was so nice, it was also nice that we could sit outside. There was a nice terrace. The host and hostess are also very friendly.

Everything was at the best level

The apartment was great. I travel to Muenster for work frequently (4-5 times per year) and was very happy with this place. Much better than any of the hotels in the area, and I have tried them all! Large, clean, quiet, great accessibility to amenities (grocery store nearby), close to my work. Beds are comfortable, the shower is large. The kitchen is great for cooking, the place has a combination washer/dryer machine: these are great features for the longer stays which I typically have when here. I'll definitely stay here whenever it is available for all my future business trips!

15 minutes from the center, newly renovated property, including training room & hot tub, pleasant communication, all on the whole very satisfactory, very happy again !

The apartment is absolutely perfect and every little detail has been thought of. We used it as a base to explore nearby Christmas markets and loved coming back to the hot tub at the end of each day. Would definitely stay here again.
