We had a fantastic time and loved Cathrine’s house. Very clean, had everything you could need, cosy, stylish- perfect for us! Very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms etc. The location was also perfect - a few minutes walk to a shopping center, a few minutes with bus to the boat. Nature, beaches and picturesque scenery everywhere. Oslo in a 20 minutes reach by boat. Cathrine was a really kind, warm and generous host, we got tips on everything we needed! We really recommend this amazing place!

such a beautiful, cosy, homely place. we had everything we needed, all the necessary towels, laundry etc. a really good shower and comfy beds, and last, but not least, the most stunning views. would definitely recommend.

Janne is a really friendly host. She responds quickly to questions and there are also very clear and comprehensive instructions. The house and the garden are really very nice. Very cozy and definitely recommended to stay. You can use the bikes and everything is also close, such as the supermarket and bus stops. Very nice beach within walking distance. The house is great! We were very happy to stay there and I definitely recommend it. There is an elderly lady downstairs with which you share the garden and there are cats who enter through the hatch. The house is tidy and cozy.

It was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. Eddi (3 years) liked to play with the many toys.

A beautiful family home in an idyllic location. Private beach with jetty for swimming/fishing and boat & kayak available for guests to use. Lots of outdoor space to eat and enjoy the views. The inside of the house is immaculate. Very quiet, private setting but within easy reach or Oslo. Thanks so much to Einar and family who were so welcoming and helpful.

I had an amazing experience staying at Kari-Anne and Inge’s apartment in Oslo! From the start, they were incredibly communicative and accommodating, even being flexible with my check-in and check-out times, which made everything so much easier. The apartment itself was wonderful—beautifully decorated, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. The location was also fantastic, with a bus stop just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore the city. Plus, there were several supermarkets nearby, which was perfect for grabbing groceries. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I couldn’t recommend Kari-Anne and Inge’s apartment enough! Thank you for making my time in Oslo so enjoyable!

This is a delightful property that oozes the character of the hosts. For me a key test is the quality of the kitchen equipment, particularly good sharp knives. This place is ten out of ten. Using crockery made by the hosts was a real bonus. The location is great, we felt as if we were locals and such a short walk to both T bann and shops was an asset.

We simply loved the flat! It is located in a great area in Oslo, with a lot of shopping stores, restaurants and public transport connections to go everywhere. It is also well connected with the central station. The flat is larger than we thought and it has everything you may need. Supermarket is also located within five minutes walk. Agnes was also replying to us very fast and checking in went very smoothly. We saved it for our next trip to Oslo 🙂 Thank you Agnes!

We felt comfortable in the beautiful and spacious apartment. The decor is in very good condition and exactly as described. Espen is a very friendly and communicative host who was always approachable or available and showed us everything well. The surroundings are also great: by tram or train, which are both nearby, you can be in the center in 15-30 minutes. The apartment is close to the forest, swimming to the river, supermarkets and playgrounds. In short: We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend it.

Beautiful AirBnB that fit our group of 14 very comfortably! It was a short walk to the public tram making it easy to get around Oslo and see the sites.

We were extremely impressed with the property. After an initial walkaround my husband was very complimentary about the fixtures and fittings, although wondered about the amount of space available. I then pointed out to him that there was an entire downstairs he hadn't looked around yet... a huge playroom area, a cellar, another bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others, and when we return to the area will definitely be checking availability!

We were 2 families with 4 children. The layout of the apartment was great, the equipment of the kitchen very good. The pizza oven and the orangery invite you to linger. The connection to the T-Bahn is very good, in the vicinity of 5 minutes walk there are bakeries and supermarkets. Our stay was great and we enjoyed the apartment despite sightseeing. We enjoyed a great week in Oslo skiing at Skimore and enjoying local activities such as sledging nearby in the Oslo hills and Husky dog sledding at Bergvang farm near Asker (less than half an hour away). The house was a peaceful and stylish place to come back to to relax. Helle-Karine was incredibly helpful researching local places for Husky dog sledding (which is more of an activity further north in Norway) but we wanted to do for my daughter's 10th birthday whilst in Oslo. It was impossible to find anywhere from England but Helle-Karine came up with a number of suggestions including Bergvang farm near Asker where we had a great time. There was so much to do in Oslo with exceptional facilities locally including a great swimming pool for kids (Risenga) near Asker. Our children made great progress skiing with private lessons at Skimore with a very talented instructor. There was so much to do we couldn't do it all. Next time we'll aim to do some cross country skiing!

The house was magnificent. The view is incredible superb. Marius and Ida were so helpful due to our stay got cancelled last minute, and they accepted our reservation without any hesitation. Thanks again and terbaik !

Anniken's house is amazing. Really well decorated, nice garden. Not central but city center is easy accessibles spent 5 nice days there with our kids. Unfortunately the weather was rainy every night so we couldn't enjoy eating outside in the great garden. Watch out if you have small kids cause there is a steep stair going down, right after the entrance. Anniken was very nice with us and easy to contact anytime.

Great house with beautiful views of the Oslo fjord, just like the photos. Beds were comfortable. Close to the city center, 15 mins by bus. Short but steep hill from the bus station to the house, might be difficult for seniors or with a stroller. We had a great time!
