The house was wonderful! Every room looks like the pictures. We loved how the home was decorated. Very welcoming and inviting. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We felt safe. Loved the covered back porch. Also we really appreciated the garage! The house is lovely! We would stay here again!

We had a great time staying here. The home was right beside the casinos and the host, William was very attentive and friendly. If we ever decide to visit Philadelphia, MS again this will definitely be the place to stay! Again, I can't be more appreciative to William for being so kind to us during our stay. It's not too often we can get away for the weekend without the kids and the worry of every day life, so this was a well needed get away.

This is a great place to stay if you’re gonna be spending time in Philadelphia for any reason. We came to visit the casinos and it was perfectly located for that. Everything was just like in the pictures and as described. Also, Brenda is a great host. I don’t believe I have stayed anywhere any cleaner or neater than her place. It is stocked with everything you should need for a few nights and even though the rental is surrounded by a lot of other houses, the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Come here if you need a great rental. You get the entire home to yourself and you won’t be bothered by anyone. We loved our stay here. We will be back again soon I hope !

Brelan place was excellent. The 1st thing I noticed when I walked in the door was the sweet aroma. I smelled so fresh. The entire house was phenomenal. Very clean, I hope when we are in the area again we can book this place.
