When you're on a city break, you don't usually spend time in the room. If so, it is well equipped with two small balconies and several seating options despite the rather dainty appearance to regain strength! You quickly have everything at your disposal! When you step onto the balcony in the morning, you are greeted by the morning sunshine and the delicious scent of the bakery!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, just a minute away from the beach and surrounded by exotic restaurants. The beach was peaceful, the water was clear, and it had shallow areas, perfect for relaxing. Parking was not an issue, there is a plenty of spaces. The house itself was incredibly clean and spacious, with multiple terraces and bathrooms, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and provided detailed information about the house and nearby attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Our stay at Lina was fantastic! We found everything you need, from the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the bedroom! The area is quiet and you can reach the sea, the supermarket and a bus stop less than a 5-minute walk away. Great experience!

The house was spacious in terms of extremely clean transportation. At night, the music sounded at night, but you're already sleeping without being tired. We stayed for a day and it met enough of our needs. Definitely a home to choose from.

In April it is still nice and quiet and the good tavernas are not crowded. From Kallikratia you can do a lot of excursions, and we had a very relaxing time.

The Owner was really helpful.The house is clean and useful, close to the sea and the garden is beautiful. I can recommend it again.:)

Kostas and his wife really represent Greek hospitality at its best. They were always helpful and responsive. The place is literally 5 meters from the beach and the view from the balconies is breathtaking. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Just 350m from the house there is a very good traditional restaurant. The nearby village with shops, restaurants bars ect is 1.2 km away and easily walkable on foot.

Everything was perfect.

The house is wonderful for a tranquil family vacation! It is very clean, well furnished and well- equipped with everything neccessary and even more. We liked the veranda and the yard, also the outdoor shower was a nice bonus. It is close to a quiet nice beach (sandy with a few pebbles). There is not so much to see or do in the village, but there are nearby towns you can explore as well. I defenetely recommend it, if you are looking for a relaxing place, away from tourist attractions and popular destinations. Very nice place and friendly host. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minute drive to Nea Plagia beach and taverns.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

Great choice in Thessaloniki. Even though you're in the center, the home is completely quiet! It is exactly as described on the platform quiet clean and comfortable. Exceptional taste in decor with beautiful frames and amazing editions on its shelves an art space in the center of Thessaloniki.

Konstantinos is very personable and gave useful advice, the apartment is in a superb location fully equipped and big ,located on the 6th floor overlooking the sea and on a good day you can see Mount Olympus. We had a great time

i think the area can be the cleanest and most beautiful place with a view. Everyone who is sensitive about hygiene and the view will love this place. When you enter, the smell of cleanliness is already there. Everything in the house is very detailed, everything is thought out, everything is needed. There is no shortage of parking. Nature and the house are great in every way.
