Vacation rentals with beach access in Nelson

Heinz place is just the best! wonderful location, great cleanliness and attention to detail. All the utensils etc required for a comfortable stay The pool was an added bonus. Heinz and his wife were so hospitable and gave good advice about trips. I can not recommend this place enough it is restorative and peaceful. Thankyou

We enjoyed our stay. David and Joanne were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was tastefully decorated with high-end appliances and lovely linen, including a pillow library. We recommend this airbnb to another couple or single.

We had a lovely Stay, what a beautiful view. fabulous location, close to town and local shops and bars/ restaurants. some tea bags in the pantry would have made ot perfect.

We haven’t been to Nelson for possibly 30 years - this will be our go to place now for Nelson-and we are very keen to come back now after staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay- also the security, views, sunsets,and excellent introduction to the place with Rob was exceptional.

I have been using AirBnB since 2015 and this is one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Villa 10 is nearly perfect: comfortable, quiet, well-located, well equipped, and spacious. The views are amazing, and the sea air is delightful. Great kitchen. Jenny even provides fine china for tea. Fantastic place.

Beautiful sunsets. Much of Nelson is set on the hillside and this gives stunning view of sandbar and beach.

Beautiful period house full of interesting books and artwork , home from home and stone throws away from Nelson central . Everything required required was at hand ; view was terrific , beds comfy , great shower and kitchen facilities . We visited great Thai restaurant above Nelson Boat club : yum food …. Visited Māpua wharf which was gorgeous and great coffee at The Biat Shed and Sublime coffee … would highly recommend and hope to return .

We can't say enough wonderful things about this place! We stayed for a longer term rental and had an unbelievable time...Kate is a wonderful host and was always responsive. The house is so lovely, the photos don't even do it justice. A three tier deck overlooking the ocean with a hot tub. The Tahunanui beach is walkable just down the hill, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Bus stops right by the house for easy access to downtown even without a car. Truly a memory for our family, highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Bex & Nicks place. Again it was great for us being a large group with kids. Heaps of toys, bikes and space to keep the kids occupied. While also being a great place for an the adults. Its a beautiful place, that feels very quiet and peaceful tucked away on the hillside, but it's still very close to the city centre.

We had an amazing stay, there was 8 of us all up and more then enough room in the house for all of us, the place was nice and tidy and so close to the beach and playgrounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place and will definitely be back again. Thank you.
