Pam is a delight and her accommodation was exactly what I needed, it offers privacy and seclusion with Pam always ready to offer helpful local info and produce from her garden. Plus her book about her time living and working in a remote Pakistani village was a fascinating read, with free copies available. If you're looking for a short getaway in the Nelson region, Sprockets is an absolutely easy recommendation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harakeke Hill. Bridget was extremely friendly and helpful, with clear instructions on how to locate the property. I love the fact this property is off grid, with solar electricity and gas oven for cooking. The house is clean and welcoming, with all the amenities we required. It is centrally located for exploring the Tasman region, with Mapua and Motueka on its doorstep.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and nestled in a beautiful secluded area that made it feel like a bungalow in the trees. The location was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The host was fantastic—so proactive in meeting our needs and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. They also provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great hospitality!

we loved this spot, very clean, everything we needed! the morning view, and sunrise, and beautiful place to sit overlooking the valley and orchards.... Amazing! and a few sheep .... unfortunately we had to cut our visit short due to ferry craziness, but ourhost Cherie was very understanding and accommodating! highly recommend!

Wonderful oasis. Peaceful cottage with everything you need for a relaxing break. Spacious and clean with gorgeous surroundings. Walk through the beautiful garden to private entrance to house pool. Refreshing swims and convivial hosts make for a perfect holiday experience.

We had a fabulous stay at Hawkesridge, which was the perfect location for our family get together. The location is up a New Zealand country gravel road, but is worth it for the views and tranquility. The property had everything we needed and more: the provisions in the fridge, home baking, farm eggs, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and two bathrooms. Tea leaves and a teapot were a real bonus! While Paul and Mary are next door and available for any enquiries or a chat, the property feels, and is, private. We cannot fault this accommodation and would happily stay there again.

Robert’s place is perfect for a few nights stay with everything that you’d need, Robert and his wife were very helpful with any questions we had and made sure we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying in the area as it’s close by to most necessities.

Beautiful place, loved all the kitchen amenities. Made cooking very simple! Lots of morning sun making the coffee on the verandah perfect! Close to everything you need but nice and private at the same time. Would definitely come back!

One word: WOW. Our only regret is not booking a longer stay. From the very get go, Ellejay offered us an earlier check in. She was warm and friendly and made us feel right at home. She had fabulous local recommendations and was exceptionally accommodating. Our kids had the best time in the pool and it was such a treat finding so many wonderful kids books and toys in the space. We will definitely be back whenever we come back to NZ. The homemade bagels and hot cocoa was the cherry to top it all off. Thank you Ellejaye and Shawn - we super appreciate you. Thank you for making it feel like home away from home for us!

We enjoyed our stay at Karen's place and would stay again. The listing is accurate as are the photos. The place is clean and modern. The location is great - basically on the top of a hill with a great view.

We were made very welcome by lovely hosts and had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful and so handy to Brightwater Village . A great place to stay , we will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay in the cabin on the hill. It is well equipped and in a top condition. And the view from the patio is awesome. I initially planed more hiking tracks during my stay, but I liked the atmosphere so much that I reduced the hiking in favor of more relaxing time on the hill! I would highly recommend it to everyone who's looking for a calm spot to relax...and to everyone else because Nelson is just 25 driving minutes! ;)

I had a wonderful stay at Wendy and Tony's guest studio. It's well appointed, tastefully decorated, comfortable and set in a beautifully landscaped garden. Soaking in the hot tub each night under the stars was the icing on the cake. Wendy and Tony are very welcoming and attentive hosts. Highly recommended

Jodine was a very responsive and freindly host. She was very helpful with making the check in time earlier even though others had checked out same day, which we greatly appreciated. Jodines place was very clean and we loved all the little extras she had around the place. Loved the little outside barbecue area that connected the accomodation to the pool, had some great laughs in this area, lounging around and eating. The pools decking is being replace so we had to navigate around those areas but still loved pool. Great stay for our family of 5, we highly recommend Jodinea place. Thank you Jodine for a lovely stay.

Enjoyed my stay so much thank you. Lynette is an awesome host and gave me some very good tips for exploring the area. There is lots to do und lots to see close by. Or if you want to relax there are some beautiful Beaches close by. The accommodation was as described and very comfortable. Everything was clean, tidy und had been well taken care of. I can absolutely recommend staying there if you are in the area.

We loved the views and it was easy to walk down to the beach. The Airbnb was perfect for us and well equipped enough for us to cook our meals.We enjoyed eating on the verandah and looking at the bay and mountains. We enjoyed exploring Nelson and doing some interesting walks.

A truly beautiful and peaceful spot with the cottage having everything you wanted. Lynette had really nice welcoming touches which added to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Cute shops and restaurants nearby at Mapua Wharf were an added bonus as well as Abel Tasman National Park for more ambitious adventures.

The location is very handy to the airport and for my purposes it was conveniently situated between Nelson and Richmond. The studio is spacious, quiet and private away from the road in a nice neighbourhood which makes it feel very safe for a solo traveler. It is close to walking and cycling paths and supermarkets as mentioned in the listing. It is well set up with everything you need with the bonus of a washing machine and dryer to use. The hosts are available nearby and easily contacted and I loved the welcome from their well behaved sweet dog! Definitely would be a place I would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay with Craig and Rebecca! The studio is cosy and as described with several nice attentions like a fresh wild flowers and everything for next morning breakfast! I enjoyed the garden… perfect for a peaceful sunny morning!
