Wonderful stay in the heart of Newcastle - so close to beach / coffee shops and harbour. We would happily stay again.

Couldn't recommend this space enough, lovely stay - the bed was so comfy! The whole space was really clean and great communication with the host during our stay when we had questions! The cafe downstairs is ideal as well, and the beach is a 10 minute walk away, would definitely stay again here!

Amazing location and amazing stay, really enjoyed our time. Loved walking out and being right across the beach. Viv is super responsive and we loved that we had everything that we needed in the kitchen in terms of equipments. Worth noting the tv does not come with Netflix or other platforms so bring an HDMI cord to connect your laptop to the tv screen if you want to watch something. The mattress was on the softer side for us but loved how clean everything was.

The place was amazing and Sarah was a great host, just be mindful if you have a car the parking situation is very difficult as youll have to move your car every 2 hours and pay for parking from 9-5 and the bolton street private parking was full when we got there

This was the perfect holiday home. I felt right at home and loved how accessible it is too for anyone older or disabled. My little pup sat and watched a storm come in and got so much joy from all the trees and birds. Such a great home to stay for holiday.

Clare was super responsive from the moment we booked our stay . The thoughtful wine and toy for our pet dog made us feel v welcome . She had a lot of lovely local recommendations to share and her home was warm and inviting. We enjoyed our stay . The location and proximity to the beach is a big plus especially for pet parents.

The location was perfect in a walkable distance to the beach. The property is spacious and clean with nice bathrooms that seems like newly renovated. We really enjoyed out stay!

An enjoyable stay in a quiet, convenient location. The house was clean and nicely appointed. Stuart was responsive and most accommodating to our needs whilst travelling with a baby.

What a find!!!! Lauren’s place is amazing. Stylish beach setting with everything you could possibly want for a wonderful stay Diet walk to beach & grannie pools as well as nearby pub & shops. We would definitely stay here again. Just perfect. The only negative was the caravan park behind us was a little noisy on the Australia Day weekend but all quiet come 10pm 😃

Lovely modern house. Very clean and tidy. Penty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. Good location for our interests this visit. Close to the beach, blackbut reserve and Westfield shopping centre/ timezone. Coffee machine was a great addition!

Even though the weather wasn’t the best Lyn was a great host! Very responsive with flexible checkin. Kitchen filled with everything you would need for a weekend! Beautiful beach views and close to shops and restaurants.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the unit. The unit was spacious, clean, everything we needed was there, 2 carparks were great, the view of the harbour was fantastic & there are several restaurants & cafes nearby. The only problem was a noise could be heard in the main bedroom until late at night. We advised management & they responded & found it was a noise from an exhaust fan in the restaurant below. The noise ceased at 10 pm from then on.

Great location for the beach & local cafes & shops. We appreciated the supplied beach cabana and beach towels! Perfect view from the balcony & good for some people watching with a glass of wine! We used both the main bed & the sofa bed, both were comfy & the sofa bed was easy to assemble and put away. It is right above a restaurant & next to a bar so it is loud at night when on the balcony but inside has very good sound proofing so we had no problems sleeping even on a weekend night with live music playing etc Kitchen has all the amenities you would require for a longer stay & they look to be in good condition, although we mostly ate out so didn’t really use much except the toaster and the coffee machine. The bathroom has a nice powerful shower & a corner spa bath. There’s also a laundry & clothes rack. Good air conditioning. Everything well maintained & clean, very comfortable & welcoming. Excellent to have secure parking included too. Will definitely return!

Grant and Jodee were amazing hosts. the place is outstanding and the views incredible. I so wanted to stay longer. it really is an amazing place to recharge, really comfortable and beautiful. I left some boardies and the amazing hosts even washed them and dropped them back to me. above and beyond hosts

Unfortunately we had to cancel due to power outages with storms. Kim could not have been more helpful she fully refunded. I sincerely hope we can visit her soon.

We just spent a week at Kim's place in Corlette with our two daughters (6, 8). There was a terrible storm one night, and the whole area lost power for over 24 hours. Kim and Mel were so kind, they reached out to us and offered whatever help we needed. Other than that little hiccup, our stay was divine. You won't get a better location! Highly recommend the burgers across the road at Corlette Store, and the coffee up at the floating cafe at The Anchorage. The apartment is well furnished, neat and clean. There's multiple beaches within walking distance, and a bike path starts nearby that takes you all the way into 'town' (Nelson Bay).
