Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Negril Seven Mile Beach

Talk about a great escape. Shasta’s listing was amazing and extremely convenient. With the market just a minute away and walking distance between Ricks Cafe and Rockhouse. The only issue is that the road way in the back of the house can get dark but it is well lit by the listing, the old restaurant might look a little spooky but I love to see how nature naturally takes over. The area is full of great views and peace and quiet.I will most definitely make my way back to Shasta. Most definitely appreciated my 2 little bodyguards (2 adorable dogs).

I love this small home away from home! As soon as I arrived Sharon helped me with transportation details and everything regarding my arrival. She has a lovely property manager who usher me around the first two nights to help me get the few things and meals I needed without calling a taxi. Walking distance to the beach and a great restaurant for all meals. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and great people. The Airbnb, the cleanliness and hospitality was exactly what was expected plus more! Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I will certainly be back and recommend this place for anyone solo traveling or who wants a neighborhood feel away from the busy streets of Negril.

Beautiful place and perfect little Oasis. I had such a fabulous time. Close scenic walk to beach, so close to town, perfect location. Room was beautiful!!! I had EVERYTHING I needed at this place. Fridge, cable, Wifi, full private bath, hot water, Full kitchen fully equipped. I was in complete bliss. Ganga store 2 min walk. I can't recommend it enough. In house cab at your service 24/7. ???? Amazing! So private. Close too food, restaurants. Host was amazing! Will be recommending to everyone. Best AirBNB so far in Negril. Gem and such a nice price and soooo relaxing and private. What are you waiting for ?!

A nice peaceful stay outside the centre of Negril down deep in the WestEnd. Not far past Murphy’s. Has water access for swimming off the cliffs and a bar/guest kitchen. Good as always.

We had a wedding to go to and decided to make a small vacation out of it. Wesley let us park in his gated lot and gave us the best recommendations, from eating at Sips and Bites (yum) or heading out to Alfreds Ocean Palace for a fun day on the beach where they had chairs and delicious food and a full bar. Every place he steered us to treated us kindly and fairly and we were so grateful to Wesley's thoughtfulness in his suggestions. Honestly wish we had allotted more time to stay in Negril cause we would have loved to hang out and relax and spend more time with Wesley. Genuinely a chill person and so kind and helpful. He even shared with us some juice from the local fruit when we checked in and it was so yummy. Definitely can't wait to come back.

My husband and family stayed for Christmas & New Year and we were very pleased. Anthony was very responsive to my inquiries as well as his Property Manager Melissa. We felt right at home. The location was walking distance to the beach across the street. It was quiet and peaceful just what we wanted for our vacay. House was clean and due to our length stay we even got a cleaning and new linens and towels during our stay. We wanted for nothing. Anthony welcome gifts was very thoughtful. For 4 people the house was just right. We look forward to staying again on our next trip!

Daneisha was a very pleasant and responsive host. There was only 1 issue I had which was we couldn’t get the tv in the main bedroom connected even though Daneisha provided instructions. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay and will do so again when I’m in the area.

We loved our stay! It was very convenient to walk to bars and restaurants. The beautiful view of the water was the best ever! The host was great at communicating and the staff was very friendly and nice. It does get loud at night with nearby music but we had a travel noise machine and ear plugs to help. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Let me start off by saying Melisa was outstanding!! However I booked a trip for Jamaica on May 12th and when I arrived to the airport on March 12th they told me that they were able to change my flight but was unable to change my all exclusive. I myself and my husband took a chance knowing that we did not have a place to stay. As soon as I arrived at the airport I started immediately looking for an all exclusive but was unable to find anything after hours of waiting.I then decided to call a good friend of mines who recommended Mellisa Airbnb. As soon as I spoke to Melissa she stated to give her 20minutes and she will pick me and my husband’s up from the airport. Melissa then took us to her Airbnb which was very nice and clean she also recommended restaurants, events and clubs that was around the area. If it wasn’t for Mellisa I would not had a place to stay. If you are planning your vacation I highly recommend this Airbnb you want regret it a memory that last forever!!

The Photos do not do Mrs. Dianne's cottage justice. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the veranda was just absolutely amazing. Beautiful and relaxing. I stayed with my 2 children and we loved it. Everyone was so welcoming . Subrena the property manager was so delightful and helpful. Stinger ( the neighbor across the road ) was also very friendly. Demar( who also lives across the road and is a local taxi driver) was so helpful and friendly. Thank you Mrs. Dianne for sharing a piece of paradise and we will be back

The house is beautiful. Sajid is the best host ever. Great neighborhood. We’ve extended our stay. We’re still here. We can’t bring ourselves to leave.

I had an excellent time at this Airbnb. Leteisha has a wonderful home with a gorgeous front porch where we saw horses and goats. The house has a great kitchen and cold fridge which made for easy cooking. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathrooms had towels and hot water which was perfect after being in the hot Negril sun. Very close drive to main Negril. I will be back again soon!

The place was great with amazing atmosphere that makes you feel right lat home. If you’re a person that loves a private and a quiet space then this is the place for you.

we had a brilliant time amazing veiw we watched the turtles every morning was great restaurants on site pizza jerk chicken a chicken place all sorts you can get security on site supermarket on site and a bar. the gentleman man what showed us round the property was a lovely friendly man told us everything we needed to no. brilliant host kept us up to date with everything responded quickly great stay

The place is good for the price, the location is not the same as is shown at first, but is really close to Rick's cafe, is a bit far for 7 miles beach, you need to take a taxi, but taxi is cheap from the place, it does not have AC, but has fan, sometimes when is really hot fan is not sufficient, in general the place is very quiet and has everything, it looks the same as the pictures.

The hotel is on the beach. We walked to Margaritaville by the street it was a nice walk. We also walked down the beach to the right. Had a lovely stay. Would be a great place to stay a long time.

It’s was a wonderful stay the issues we had were minor, the floor was a little bit dusty , my biggest issue was no microwave, but I will say the place seems to be newly renovated so maybe that’s why , I would highly recommend stay thou , the place is very safe , private and quiet also the host was very polite 👍

this is a wonderful place to stay. beautiful, private beach, extra amenities, great kitchen wares which you typically don't see in other places. the host answers any questions right away. we highly recommend!!!

Really enjoyed the Point Village. While it is an older resort the grounds are still well maintained, the beach is quiet, calm,clear and all around beautiful and the jetties provide snorkeling opportunities just steps from the unit. The unit could use some updates but it was clean, functional and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, wifi included, Two tvs and the kitchen, while small, was well stocked with plates, silverware and cooking utensils. Tina was very responsive and provided good recommendations for restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Keep in mind, however, that Hedonism has a nude beach just south of the Point Village so if you want to walk on seven mile beach like we did you will have to walk through the nude beach or drive or take a taxi a little further down the beach to bypass that. We had a rental car so we just drove down to JamWest which is only a couple minute drive and has free parking and walked south on the beach from there.

Delroy was an awesome, understanding and accommodating host, he was willing to help with whatever you need and believe me, if he cant slove it, he'll get it solved. I'll definitely be going back.
