Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Needham

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

Our stay at the House of Id was more than we could have hoped for. The property was thoughtfully and creatively put together. We had so much fun exploring all of the rooms, the showroom boutique and shopping for eclectic treasures. Beautifully designed, we will be back again.

Wonderful place for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving while visiting Boston! The house is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood and the kids were excited to see wild turkeys walking down the road! Very clean, well stocked for cooking and extremely comfortable beds in all three bedrooms. Thank you for a great stay!

Ami was an amazing host and I would highly recommend a stay! It is usually a logistical nightmare when we are trying to plan family get togethers. Even more so since mum went into a care home. But, thanks to Ami, we were able to have a home away from home were we could just relax together. Ami was also gracious enough to allow our dog, which made moms whole day right there! An impossibility if we had wanted to stay in any of the nearby hotels. Thank you again, Ami! We truly appreciated your hospitality and, if youll have us, we would love to stay again! P.S. Our history and carpentry loving family absolutely adored your hardwood floors and the homes historic charm! Beautiful and so well kept!

Nice place with everything we needed in it. Andreas was super great. We went in a fishing charter and he let us borrow a cooler for our trip. The showers were amazing. The outside sitting area with a fire pit was one of the greatest features. We are a cooking family and although there were two cooking areas to stay together and cook it was a tight fit. What we got for the price was a really good deal.

This house was adorable and decorated beautifully! Perfect for our girls weekend away! Very clean and comfortable. Maria was very responsive to our texts. Scituate is beautiful ♥️

This was our second time at Sean’s place, which was a bonus because we knew the kitchen would be stocked with spices to cook our holiday dinner. And the libing space is roomy, good heating in winter (and cooling in summer). Sean is a great host!

We stayed here with young kiddos and everything was close enough for them to walk no problem. Erin was great with communication and had fantastic local recommendations. For those who are skeptical because the owners live above- don't be. We didn't see or hear them during our stay. We were unable to use the backyard during our time there, but it looked lovely and spacious. Parking was on street but even during the busy weekend we parked directly in front of the house. We had packed a hair dryer because of a previous review we read, but they have one now. Erin left us snacks and drinks upon arrival and the new packaged sponge for the kitchen is always appreciated! You can tell they have pride in their property and want you to have an enjoyable stay.

I had a great stay at Carmel's place. she was really kind and friendly, also her communication was swift and smooth. the location of the place was very ideal as it was close to everything. the house was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Carmels place will be our first choice when coming back to RI. totally recommended thank you Carmel and Mike!

We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving! The location is great, just across the street from the beach and around the corner from a few restaurants and cafes. The living room and kitchen have great light and views of the ocean and the two rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Would definitely recommend for a close stay near Boston or the Salem area!

This was my first time using Airbnb and I have to say, amazing! Carol and John’s place was exactly what we needed for a quiet and peaceful weekend getaway. We were able to stargaze from the hot tub, cook a great dinner in the kitchen which had everything we needed, enjoy a comfortable and cozy night in watching movies while also having easy access to the train to go right into Boston. Carol was the best! Making sure we were comfortable and having everything we needed. We would definitely recommend to our friends and stay here again!

Shelley's unit was once again perfect for our stay. The place was absolutely spotless and was a joy for us to come back to every day after spending time nearby with relatives. Shelly and team nail all the basics and sprinkle thoughtful touches everywhere. This is the first place we'll try to book when we return to this area next year.

I had an amazing stay at Daniella’s penthouse! The location couldn’t have been better—it’s right next to the shopping mall, which made everything super convenient. The apartment was spacious and had such a comfortable vibe. It felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Dan was great and the place is gorgeous. I couldn't help but admire all the beautiful orchids throughout the condo. Perfectly situated near BU, and easily commutable. Uber to Fenway was $7. Dan has great recommendations and keeps a pristine home.

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

What a wonderful stay! The listing was extremely accurate, the space was actually even more spacious than the photos conveyed. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated. It was easy to find and get in. The host was responsive and friendly! The best aspect of this Airbnb was by far the location - convenient to Salem via Airbnb and walkable to so many great restaurants and scenic views in Marblehead. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back someday!

Amazing place! Clean, sunny, spacious comfortable. Also easy access to restaurants and businesses on Moody Street.

This place exceeded my expectations. The host was very kind and courteous. Communication was easy and consistent. The property was as described and super comfortable. The beds were great, probably one of the best we've stayed at. This may be random, but I've stayed at places where finding places to plug chargers into was an issue, but this place was not! There were plugs in all the right places and appropriate counters and nightstands. We would definitely love to stay again!
