Friendly owner, good location for walks, the apartment has everything you need, including all sorts of little things that you wouldn't think of in advance yourself

The place was sparkling clean and filled with thoughtful touches. The host was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect as well, 2 min from the beach and a 10 min walk to the centre. Would definitely recommend and go again next time we are visiting Kavala.

Great apartment! We were family of 4 and the apartment was more than brilliant for us. There’s fully equipped kitchen, but we use it for breakfast and coffee. Kavala have one of the best places for dinner so definitely need to be explored. One of our favourite beaches (Batis) is very close to the apartment. Apartment itself was very clean, spacious and air conditioned. We was with car so there’s plenty of space in front of the building for park, so that was a big plus. Communication and everything went perfect. Thank you Despoina and see you again 😊

We were given a bigger place than we originally ordered. These are magnificent modern villas. Very spacious and clean. Everything is needed. Very comfortable mattresses, sleeping on them is a pleasure. We were a little bit of a mobile connection, we did not immediately find our house, thanks to a restaurant with WiFi nearby. Thank you for your interesting experience.

Lovely apartment, cleanliness top notch, everything was fragrant, very tidy. It has a very beautiful sea view. It has a parking spot where you pass the elevator and go up to the house, very important. Napoleon is a great host, very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone!

I had an amazing stay at Bay Studios in Potos, Greece! The location was fantastic, close to both the beach and town, and the studio itself was spotless and comfortable. What really made the difference, though, was the incredible staff. They were so friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The administrator was also exceptionally responsive and kind, always quick to address any requests with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommend Bay Studios, and I can't wait to return!

The place is very close to Ammolofoi beach. In the apartament, they have everything people need if they want to feel as in their own home. George is a very responsive and helpful host. We would like to come back again.

Beautiful surroundings, very beautiful views, and quite affordable

We are very happy with our stay at Ntanis home. Very clean, tidy and cozy..It had everything you need for a nice summer vacation. In reality, the accommodation conditions were better than expected. The hosts were extremely kind, considerate, and responsive. We would not hesitate to rent this home again.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious apartment - it truly lives up to the pictures, with an even more breathtaking view. Perfect for couples, like ourselves, but also well-suited for families due to the extra bedroom. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing getaway. A great value and you can feel at home since it is very cosy. We felt happy how clean and fresh everything was. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a nice stay. Our most favourite spot was the terrace, where we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings and dinner in the nights. Location is also perfect, you need a minute to reach the main street of the resort. A very nice surprise were the most polite neighbours we have ever met, they managed to bring smiles to our faces few times. The only thing that one should note is the foldable staircase leading to the room with the two single beds above, but it went just perfect for us. I recommend the place and would be glad to stay here again soon!

The home was very thoughtful with modern design and fully equipped. The view from the balcony is magical and gives you the opportunity to travel through the city and the endless blue of the sea. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend 🫶

David was a nice host. Her house is located in a cute village close to the center in the lush nature. There were items and kitchen utensils that we would need inside the house. The interior of the house was clean and tidy.

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.
