Very good location in the center of Larissa. Next to everything on foot. Welcoming space like in the photos. Although we had trouble finding parking due to the increased traffic of the days there was just opposite private parking for anyone who wants to. We would definitely prefer it again.

Me and my family were staying at Elena's house in Nea Kalikratia the first week of September. The house is what you need for an excellent long or short stay at the sea. You just need to pack your personal belongings, while at the apartment, you got all you need to feel just like at home. Spacious apartment with a long wide terrace looking right at the sea. 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, beach just in front of the building, dynamic and welcoming neighborhood, perfect combination. Having in mind that the apartment is very cute and carefully arranged, we enjoyed our couple of days there and hope to be back next season!

The hotel is very nice and cozy. Very closed to the beach (beach is free). Very clean room, small but I always prefer separate kitchen instead of studio. The soundproofing in the hotel is very good. Andrey is very nice and hospitable person. He is ready to solve all the problems. Despite he is not local he knows very well all historical places. Thanks to him we visited Dion. The place is very calm and relaxing. We will visit it again.

Excellent location, sandy beach at 3 min drive. We arrived long before check in, the host was in the yard and opened us to enter, both he and his wife extraordinary people! 🤍 I made up to the car, the wheel was no longer good, she went with me to buy a new wheel at vulcanization, thanks from the bottom of my heart for everything. 🙏 The description is not mentioned but we also had the washing machine, iron, TV and terrace, we did not miss anything, I highly recommend this place that gives you the peace you need for a wonderful vacation! Thank you Dimitrios for all the help we felt like home!

A private, dreamy home tucked in an olive grove, that's also somehow a 10 minute walk to the beach! We loved our stay here, and all slept super well (the house is cool and dark at night, perfect for sleeping in.) Views are amazing, host is super helpful. A lovely stay.

Quiet place in the countryside near the sea. Not far from Lithocoro and Mount Olympus and close to the sea. Cozy studio with everything you need for a couple's stay.

Host very friendly and helpful, nice and clean place to stay. Nice view too, and has a ski resort 15 minutes away by car. The village is quiet, with a few nice restaurants but not much else to do.

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

We spent two nights with the family (3 children and a baby) in Petros' apartment. The welcome was perfect. The apartment is small but enough for what we wanted. Note that there is no high table to eat, we ate on the coffee table in the living room. The beds are comfortable but there is some noise from the road and the neighborhood. But it was a good place to stay! Thank you

Sofia is an amazing host. She is very kind, caring and always responsive. She ensured that we feel comfortable and welcome at all times. The place is spacious, clean and homely, with all amenities needed. There is a huge terrace where one can enjoy the morning coffee. The apartment is a nice spot to explore the nearby beaches.

The studio is really nice and within walking distance of everything you could want to do in Litochoro including several trailheads into the mountains. Areti also provides lots of information about the area including Mt Olympus.

Airbnb is beautiful and very clean. Very kind Mr. Demosthenes.
