Milan can be pleasantly surprised by its hospitality and warmth, very cozy room delicious breakfast , nice staff , the only thing is not a little bit much from the center but it's not critical , I recommend it!

This hotel is in a perfect location, right across from Milano Centrale. Very close to several metro stations and there's a shuttle bus to Malpensa that's an 8 minute walk away. Check in and check out is easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again if I was ever in Milan.

Good Apartment in a quaint little house in the backyard of an interesting district. Very quiet. Slept well. Communication was good. Probably great in summer when one can sit outside. can recomend. Best Steven

The place was great, the welcome very warm. For one person alone - like me - the room with a double bed and single bed and private bathroom was huge. The host was very friendly. Michele did a quick laundry for me herself and also put the laundry proactively on the line. Thanks to a coupon, I was able to have a delicious breakfast in the surrounding area. The area around the apartment is quite boring. But the apartment itself makes up for it a lot.

I went with friends to Pavia for a birthday party and upon arrival at the house we were pleasantly amazed, very cozy and clean. Very well-equipped rooms, spacious and well-disposed closets, as well as very clean. Alfredo was very kind and welcomed us at the time that was more convenient for us, as well as giving very timely and accurate answers before booking. Positive experience, we will definitely take into account when we return to Pavia.

The hotel is in the park on Saturday night with 15 euros/person BBQ buffet and live DJ music until 1am, unfortunately I have to get up early the next day, I didn't enjoy this happy night

A hotel room very suitable for a family of 4! clean hotel with pool access which is very nice! a warm welcome and always available to answer questions! Possibility to park during the day in a parking lot for 10 euros! extremely well located with metro 1 a few meters from the hotel which makes it possible to reach the historic center in 20 minutes! we highly recommend! very good value for money!

Check-in was super easy at the reception. The place had been super clean, there were no shortcomings. Supermarkets and restaurants are right outside the front door or easy to find in a few minutes. Will come again any time!!!

An excellent place about 23 minutes from the central station of Milan, what you see in the photos like this is, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are very clean and they are always cleaning them, the guy who attended me answered all my questions very kindly and I help myself with what I needed, for the price that is paid is more than excellent, definitely a place to return again

Percy and his family are great hosts! Fast, welcoming and very attentive. The place is easy to find and the room match the pics and the description.. the guardian of the room is an amazing cat that alone is worth the trip, and close to the flat there is a great churrascaria to restore you after a long trip!

The place is very elegant. Conveniently located close to the center of Milan. I would come back if I have a chance.
