Super good apartment. Perfect location... 3 minutes from the metro station and 10 minutes from the Plaza Mayor. Very nice and spacious. It has supermarkets and restaurants 1 min away. Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

The apartment is in an old building with wooden stairs that give it a special charm. Inside, it's tastefully decorated and very comfortable. You have everything you need for a group of 6 people. Communication with Ruth has been very good. It is a highly recommended place to stay close to Gran Vía which makes it very convenient.

Beautiful, clean and well-located apartment! It was close to Retiro Park with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Walkable to the sites of Madrid if you don't mind a bit of walking or an easy metro ride if you want to save time! The apartment was well-equipped for cooking, had a washing machine, lots of hot water, and a comfortable bed. The collection of toys for kids was a nice surprise for my littles. We were greeted by the host with lots of great local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Madrid!

Perfect location, quiet area and with bus nº 20 in front of the door and a nearby metro stop. We had already been there 2 years ago and we liked it so much that this time we repeated. Good development, Friendly host, pending and unabashed. Very clean and well equipped apartment. The access and departure, arriving by car to the M30, superfacil. Totally recommendable.

Perfect place to stay for an overnight before/after train rides from Chamartin. Clean, well equipped, nice views, easy access from train station. Very helpful, friendly, communicative host. Would stay again!

Spacious house with many rooms, very nice and with all kinds of utensils and kitchenware. Both the host and the foremen were very attentive and available at all times. We were always taken care of very well.

It was my first Airbnb experience and the truth that surprised us for good. I traveled with my wife and daughter and the truth is that we loved the service received and the proximity it showed. I recommend it 100% not only for the host and the accommodation itself, but also a quiet area and close to the metro to go to the center (about 10 minutes walking). It is ideal for families with children since there are parks nearby and in the building itself. We'll definitely repeat if it's available the next time we go.

We had a wonderful time staying at Vanessa and Rebecca's place in the heart of Madrid! The apartment was perfectly situated in a vibrant neighbourhood within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit with lots of nice restaurants, shops and cafes all around. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and had all the necessary amenities and more with a nice view of the streets of Madrid below. Although we didn't meet Vanessa and Rebecca, they were very responsive with any questions I had and made our visit a very pleasant one. A really great place to stay if you're visiting Madrid. Would love to come back one day!
