A wonderful place. Perfect for a family. Close to Lacanau Ocean but in the more relaxed and beautiful lac de Lacanau just a short walk away, or with free parking if you want to drive to the lake (2 mins by car) 4 Local restaurants are all very nice by the lake

Beautiful accommodation in the pine forest proposed by Anne Sophie. There is outdoor space for children and to park the car. The interior is not big but well functional and furnished - just the stairs a little steep to be careful. The ideal is to rent bikes to reach the center which is not far away. The instructions have been clear, and communication is very smooth. We recommend!

We had a great time thanks to the place that was rented to us. The location is ideal and allows quick access to the city center while remaining quiet. The many amenities have given us all the comforts essential for a top holiday (shaded terrace, barbecue, many kitchen utensils etc.) Finally, our host was particularly responsive and caring. We had a great time in this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches ,shops and city center within a 15-minute walk, so we did not use our vehicle for the duration of our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. We had a great time in Lacanau in Lou's apartment. The terrace is huge and offers a beautiful view, the interior is bright and the living room is very pleasant with its very functional central kitchen. We'll be happy to go back!

Marielle and Jean-Claude personally greeted us when we arrived. Their place is very well located: the city center and beaches are easily accessible on foot. The apartment is ideal for two people. We enjoyed the quietness of the building and the garage in the basement.

Weekend stay without a problem. The apartment is in a very good location close to the pool, easy to access and without problem. Hosts have sent specific instructions to make sure everything goes smoothly.
