Great apartment in a fantastic location. If anything it’s nicer in person than in the pictures! Lucie was also a great host!

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Co host Abel was 10/0 do not overlook staying here it is great sun on both sides of the apartment . Gracias ( you have to be aware 5 flights of stairs which is great exercise )

Very nice apartment in a pleasant neighborhood. The guests responded quickly to all questions, even if you didn't meet them directly (which is often the case now, too bad). We still had an in-person contact with them. Also well heated in winter. We were very satisfied with the stay.

The location is fantastic. The owner is easy going well communicated person. I recommend.

Everything was excellent, the apartment was just like the photos, everything was very clean. He left us everything we needed for the stay, not only the obvious as cutlery and dishes, but also consumables such as paper, shampoo, toothbrushes, detergent, towels, etc. His treatment was always very kind, before arriving, during and after. The place was perfect, as we were close to downtown and many places of interest. No complaints, I would definitely come back👌.

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you move by metro very easy to anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

Our experience at Cristian and Minerva's house has been very good. We felt right at home, very comfortable... The house was very clean and cared for, fully equipped, a 10 of 10. Very good location, close to all kinds of services and amenities, accessible beach walking, close to the Albufera and Valencia city... Cristian and Minerva were very friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility when entering and leaving. A place to remember very positively, for everything... Looking forward to repeating again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay! The accommodation is spacious and exudes a real home feeling. The modern kitchen has all the comforts, which made cooking very pleasant. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms at our disposal, and the presence of a dryer was a nice extra. The spacious garden felt like an oasis in the middle of the city – perfect for relaxing. The ground floor was ideal with our stroller, and for the children there were plenty of toys and space to play. In addition, tram, metro, bus and a supermarket were within walking distance, which made it extra comfortable. In short, a great place where we felt right at home. Highly recommended! The host is great and nice communication and lots of nice tips for the area. We would love to come back.

The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, and clean area right next to the beach and sea. We ended up extending our stay here 2x! Incredible host and apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We enjoyed spending a week at "La Casita del Sol". During the booking, we had contact with Carlos and Mar. Great and friendly hosts! Upon arrival we were met by Mar. She explained everything to us well and gave good tips about the area (beach, restaurants, etc.). The accommodation was great. The cottage is cozy and cozy with especially a nice garden with plenty of sun, shade and privacy. We will definitely be back! Greetings, Ingeborg and Marc

Apartment as described, very welcoming and evocative! Cleanliness and tidiness distinguish Carmen's house. We stayed with 3 kids and they had a lot of room to play and have fun. The location near the very trendy neighborhood of Ruzafa is great for dinners and aperitifs but maybe not the best if you have children. The market is convenient, practically in front of the house. We always moved by bus given the stroller, and it was very simple and with very short waiting times. Carmen was a very helpful and responsive Host, she answered all our questions even before arrival and allowed us to leave our suitcases for the last ride in the city before the return trip. Highly recommended

Excellent accommodation in an easily accessible place. 5 minutes walk from Ayora metro station from where the city center and beach were easily accessible. Apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and nice living room. Contact with the host is very quick.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Really, really loved our time in this apartment. Pasqualis was an incredibly kind and helpful host, who made check-in super easy, meeting us at the door even after some travel delays, and helping with luggage. He also provided an amazingly thorough list of recommendations, organized by neighborhood and with helpful descriptions. Location is great, right in the heart of the old town. It's very easy to walk just about anywhere, especially close to the central mercado. The space itself is great. Very clean (and lovely scents), lots of space to spread out and make yourself at home. The bottle of cava in the fridge was a nice touch. Cute little balcony off the living room, and a large terrace we unfortunately didn't utilize because it rained our whole stay. Beds are super comfy, bedrooms stay really dark and quiet for how centrally located you are. As others have cautioned, it is up four flights of *very* tiny/narrow stairs, so be mindful of that. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a really good stay in Jana's studio. The apartment is comfortable with a very nice and quiet patio and all the amenities (washing machine, dishwasher). Jana is also very responsive, helpful and kind. The apartment is minutes from the park, 20 min walk from the Rufassa area and 30min walk from city centre - by bike you can get to the old town with a bike via the amazing park (that used to be a river) in 10 mins. there's also a nice supermarket (Consum) just across the road. We would stay here again

Functional apartment and very well located. close to the sea, close to 2 large supermarkets and the pool (everything was doable on foot). A few restaurants close to the apartment including the pep's restaurant with excellent value for money. The pool is very large and supervised. Private underground parking. The apartment is well equipped and the L-shaped terrace, allows you to eat and spread linens without worries. The residence is quiet although it is very large. The fruit and vegetable market, twice a week, is right in front of the apartment, so no need to store and plan too many groceries. The seaside resort is very clean, and only Spanish, we saw very few foreign tourists. There is also a gas station on the corner, as well as a bakery. Maria is very nice, and responds quickly to questions.

Our stay at Francis's place was perfect. From the first moment, communication was easy and fluid, and she welcomed us very kindly. The house was spotless, well equipped and very cozy, ideal for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Also, it had the nice detail of leaving us some delicious oranges and breakfast, which made us feel even more welcome. You can see the care in every detail, which made us feel at home. We will definitely repeat and 100% recommend
