We had a great stay in this home! Everything was extremely clean and organized, including the lockers and drawers. The kitchen is super-equipped, with coffee maker, electric pot and various utensils, which made our experience even more comfortable. The location was perfect for us, who made the trail of the Seven Beaches. The only observation is that not all rooms are air-conditioned, only two, which was a little missing. We love staying at Luciana's place. Very Tasty House, super well equipped.Nos makes it feel at home. Arconditioned in all the rooms, super quality electric shower, in the yard has a robe of light that gives an extra charm. I was impressed by Luciana's readiness to respond to our messages, helping us with all our questions. We are already in this condominium other times and it is well worth it.Super safe and with gentle employees. We indicate the house and hope to return in a future opportunity.

The house is perfect, from cinema! Excellent location, a few meters from the beach, and very easy to reach. It is situated on a beautiful, super quiet beach. The premises of the house are perfect, super comfortable, a huge list of items for use, as well as chairs and beach guards. It fits a big family peacefully! We have very good times in the house and we will definitely return!

The house is very good, all exactly as in the photos. It is an old house, but very cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the utensils. We have clean toilets and all electrical parts working perfectly. Chairs (6), lounge chairs (3) and Guarda sun (2) are provided. We found the mattresses a little too soft, but it goes a lot of the taste of each one. There are 3 suites plus one bathroom, which for us was a differential, as we went to 3 families, so we each had our own room + bathroom. Only one bedroom has a double bed. The other 2 only have single beds. We have hooks for nets (nets are also available). The laundry area has a rope robe and a ceiling (aluminium) clothes. Well-equipped and functional barbecue area. We love it and will definitely be back.

The apartment is very nice, as well as in the descriptions. All very clean and functional. It has everything you need for a beach stay. Air conditioning, fans, showers and refrigerator in optimum operation. Very close to Lazaro beach, 05 minutes walking. Just a suggestion: to improve the sheets, a simple cotton would already be better, they are microfibre, but this does not make me disparage the space, it is just a suggestion for improvement. And Letícia, without words, answered me promptly in all my doubts, before and during the stay. I will return for sure and recommend the space!!!

Ótima location, near central region. Studio is new, well-organized, furniture and utensils necessary for those looking for a place to rest and have convenience of being near the beach. Covered parking. Safe location. Owner Gi super attentive and ready to answer. I recommend it and I will be back for sure. I stayed during the carnival, I had no setback due to the hectic time of the year!

Mateus was a great host. District quickly responded to requests and cared about our well-being. The studio is well tidy, accepts pet, is in a somewhat distant but very safe and quiet neighborhood to stay with grocery store, cafeteria and bakery nearby. The cost x benefit is among the best in the city. I recommend the stay to those who want economy, comfort and quiet.

Our stay was wonderful!! The hut is extremely beautiful and very well-equipped , the view is lush, exactly as in the photos , privacy and tranquility marked our stay, the bed as well as the super comfortable towels! We'll be back more often for sure!

The space is a delight, the breathtaking view, a lot of contact with nature, and a very welcoming environment, the cabin besides being beautiful and cozy, has the tub outside that is a delight, the air conditioning on the hot days to sleep cools the cabin and leaves the experience pleasant. The restaurants and breakfast they recommended are actually very good, I recommend the experience!

Only rental ! the place and wonderful , all very clean , equipped with the necessary , feeling of being at home. We enjoyed beautiful days having a little barbecue , looking at the calm of Rio. The street and very quiet, the shower from the outside was what we saved from the hot, sunny days. But carry repellent, there is no way to go without due to the vegetation and the river. We'll be back for sure for this little piece of paradise. Tuane was very solicitor and helpful. We love everything.

What an incredible experience, the photos cannot describe the magic of this place, when we arrived I was a little apprehensive about safety, but Rogério reassured us,and really the place is super safe and reserved, the bed is comfortable and the shower is wonderful,all the items in the hut perfectly met us and exceeded our expectations, we will come back more often.

During our stay, we traveled with our dog, Ronck, and were very well served both when we were at the cabin and when we needed to leave him there. The hut exceeded our expectations, being even more beautiful than in the photos of the ad. Valeu every penny invested in the trip. It is fully equipped with all the utensils and amenities described, in addition to being well aerated — the air conditioning was not even missed. The host, Junior, was extremely attentive from day one, offering valuable tips and detailed instructions about the hut. When we had some unforeseen events, he was quick to help us, solving everything efficiently. We'll definitely be back next time!

I stayed in this chalet for a weekend and it was a lovely experience! The place is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, cosy and with a unique charm. The tranquility of the region is wonderful, with the relaxing sound of the birds accompanying the entire period of the stay. I would like to point out that the chalet is very well taken care of and provides moments of peace in contact with nature. However, I recommend bringing repellent for greater comfort, especially outdoors. It is also important to mention that the access includes an intermediate level dirt road, but nothing to harm the experience. For sure, an ideal refuge for those seeking rest and connection with nature!
