We had an amazing experience staying at AVE HOMES. The apartment and the whole place were exactly as described — super clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Great parking space. We also loved the location; it was in a quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and little shops for basic needs. :) The hosts were fantastic, went above and beyond — they communicated quickly in resolving a minor challenge we had and provided exceptional resolution. We found it very sweet when they gave us complimentary fruits. We are grateful for the smooth communication with the owners as well as the caretakers and the sister's owner. We truly appreciate all your efforts in ensuring our comfort. The kids loved the pool! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again on our next trip! We have been looking for a second home in visiting Pangasinan and we found it here. :)

3e time staying here. Will Definitely come back. Can recommend this place to everyone. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It’s a very peaceful and quiet clean place with everything you need. You can also have meals on request which are cooked by Ligaya and where very tasteful. There are 2 little dogs on the property that will just come say hello and then leave you alone. (I’m not really a dog person but they didn’t bother me at all)

Liza and Oliver has been very helpful from the day of check-in to check out, even the instruction on how to locate the place from the nearest exit of the express way. Also me and my family were really in agreement that we surely did get/received what we paid for, even more. It was really a 5 star experience with no BUTs. Thank you Liza and Oliver.

This was my second time staying at this place. I really love how the owner’s have considered my concern before about the air conditioning system being too loud. They have already replaced the air conditioning with a quieter unit. I also love the fast response of the owners whenever I ask about anything. Unfortunately pets aren’t allowed within the property anymore but it’s not a deal breaker. Overall, no complaints about the place and it is also great for students trying to visit someone within the area due to the very affordable price.
