Family-friendly vacation rentals in Narrabeen Beach

My wife was in Sydney for a conference at the ICC. The location was perfect. The stay was very comfortable. Geraldine responded immediately when I had questions about the check in. Access to the gym and pool made working out easy on this trip. I would rate my stay 10 out of 10. Would book again for sure.

Fantastic location, miodern clean beautiful apartment, couldn't ask for anything more, 5 star recommendation for anybody wanting to stay in manly.

What a fantastic house to stay in for our family holiday! This accommodation is in walkable distance from the centre of Newtown, many public transport services and is surrounded by great parking! This is a great stay for families as there’s so much around to do and there is more than enough room throughout the house. Phou was an amazing host & we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Great communication whenever we needed to get in touch. Super responsive & quick! Highly recommended!! Will definitely be looking out for this house when we come back to Sydney next!! ❤️

Great location. Fantastic view apart from cranes as working on harbourtown. Public transport really close, so could catch ferry or light rail. Biggest pool ever. Little Snail restaurant next door was really good.

Undoubtedly Eva’s place was the best I have experienced with Airbnb. Eva treated us as her own family, allowed my son and granddaughter to come and join us and enjoy the pool. My 7 year old granddaughter was fascinated with Eva’s cats and they were very friendly with her. Eva was always there when we needed her, was very responsive to our queries and she was really gracious. Definitely I recommend Eva’s place and definitely we’ll come back and enjoy it. We had a fantastic stay that truly felt like home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was comfortable, cozy, and impeccably maintained—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Luna, the sweet and cuddly companion, was an absolute highlight! She kept us company and made us feel right at home with her gentle affection. It’s clear that Mirva and Paul put a lot of care into making sure their guests have the best experience possible. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return. We had a lovely stay at Annandale and the place had everything we needed for us and our two young boys. It was very handy for getting around, sightseeing and exploring the local cafes and parks. We were particularly grateful for the bunk beds, toys and stairs gates - it made our trip very hassle free.

She is an excellent host, she leave detailed instructions on everything. the house very clean and tidy. The train station 3 blocks is a very good benefit.

Fantastic location, comfortable pied à terre for serious touristing. Great to be so close to the waterfront with many running opportunities!

Had an excellent stay at the Bundeena Base cottage. The location is great with easy access to the village, beaches and national park. The house is perfectly sized for a small family and well equipped. Hilde is a welcoming friendly host. Will be returning for another stay!

We had another wonderful stay at Liz and Larry's cabin. The whole family loves going back there! The are both excellent hosts and the cabin is super comfortable and has everything you need!

Kate's place was exactly like the photos and a great location for what we wanted to do whilst in that region, not to mention the awesome view from the balcony! The only constructive (not negative) feedback was that we took our 4 month old German Shepherd puppy with us and didn't have any actual yard for the dog to roam around, or to do it's business, so were out and about walking the streets at all hours of the night to accommodate our dog requirements. Overall we loved Kate and her home but in regards to being pet friendly, perhaps not an active puppy dog. :-). We will certainly stay at Kates place again, just not with the dog. Thanks Kate!!

Justin’s place is a gem! Set in a lovely, leafy garden setting close to parkland, the water and ferry stop, the apartment itself is stylish, full of character and very well kitted out with everything you could want for a short or longer stay. Justin and John left generous provisions for us and couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful and thoughtful. We look forward to staying again!

What a beautiful apartment, in a fantastic spot with super views of coogee beach. Extremely close to shops, restaurants and bars. Danny’s a brilliant host always available to sort anything out. This apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay - a home away from home - very clean with a comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this apartment

Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Cox Cottage. Annette was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the cottage, providing helpful information and its history, including local restaurants on arrival. We found it very quiet and enjoyed walking to the lake or having a drink on the verandah in the afternoons. I particularly enjoyed watching the little wrens in the garden each morning. During our stay we found the cottage to be very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four and two friends. There were plenty of towels, linen etc on hand. They also very kindly provided breakfast essentials for our first night. As we had driven from Queensland, this was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend their wonderful cottage to our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tim and Nicole’s. All appliances and amenities were top of the range ! Every amenities we could think of were provided, even exceeding our expectations. Not to mention the stunning beach view from the balcony. Many thanks to Tim and Nicole for the awesome beach house. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to book.

Hi Rod and Lynsey, we absolutely loved our stay at your guest house. The kitchen was well equipped as listed and we had a blast cooking and dining as a family. The location was ideal, peaceful in the suburbs and connected well enough to travel through public transport options. I would strongly recommend this spot to all travellers. The hosts are wonderful folk and are very responsive and helpful.

We are a family of 4 with an 11 and 8 yr old. This house was perfectly located in relation to the the main town road, the lake behind us, which you could see from the dining room, and the beach. The walk to the beach is 10 min through the cozy town, very easily accessible. The house was amazingly clean, she had every amenity that you could possibly want including salt, pepper, oils, glad wrap, tin foil, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, which I find important when you're staying for a week like we did. Felicity was very responsive. there was lots of storage space for your groceries, a washer and dryer were available, lots of places to hang up your towels to dry after a day at the beach. it truly was a very beautiful and cozy place to stay.

Excellent apartment. A real treasure, it made our last 4 days in Australia so special. Well decorated, very clean. Milk and bread provided was a real surprise (very welcome). Highly recommended.

We had 6 nice days here. It was very clean and a nice place to be. There is little to do nearby, but this is compensated by the private garden and swimming pool. Gary helped us with tips on what to do nearby. Thank you very much we enjoyed it all!

Perfect house for a big family holiday! 6 adults and 1 tween - plenty of space for everyone! Loved the open layout of the house and all the lovely windows! We made great use of the pool and we loved the short stroll to the beautiful Macmasters Beach. The pool & ping pong table got a lot of use with our crew and provided hours of entertainment! Would happily stay again anytime!
