We had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful Airbnb house managed by Aytekin and Mr. Uğur in Konak in the heart of Izmir. First of all, the location of the house was perfect. Exploring the city was extremely easy and enjoyable thanks to its central location. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully prepared with everything you could need in mind. The kitchen has all the necessary stuff for cooking, the beds were extremely comfortable and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful. In addition, the hosts helped us a lot with parking, which gave us a great advantage in the city center. The hospitality and friendly attitude of Aytekin and Uğur Bey was really appreciated. We felt right at home thanks to their close attention to every detail and turning our stay into a seamless experience. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean and central stay in Izmir, I definitely recommend this place. It was a great experience, thanks so much!

There was everything that should be in a house, from Tras foam to the ironing board. Cleaning and hygiene rules were followed. The area was safe and there was no parking problem. It was a stay above standard. I don't plan to go to the hotel when I come back. Thank you for your interest in Emrah Beye and Ms. Betül. I wish you continued success 🤗

The house was just like in the photos that Mr. Volkan put in the advertisement. When you get inside the house, it's super clean and you smell it. It is also very convenient in terms of transportation and there were all kinds of businesses around to meet your needs. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Mr. Ahmet's house for 1 night. The house was what it looked like in the photos. We had no issues with cleanliness. Transportation to most places was convenient in terms of location. Our entrance to the house and communication with Mr. Ahmet was also very easy. We would like to thank him.

Nice appartement, location very good with lots of shops and restaurants. Easy to reach Izmir by tram. All functioned well in the appartement. It was nice that we could check in very early. Free parking on the street.

We had a great stay at Sarp’s place! He was very responsive and welcomed us personally when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. Communication throughout was clear and easy. The home is in a great location with easy access to the tram and the baywalk. We came as a family with toddler twins who really enjoyed the spacious layout, the big TV, and the large picture window overlooking the park’s playground. It was a comfortable and convenient spot for our trip—highly recommend!

2 Friends we stayed, the house is large and clean, the balcony has a completely view, and there are seating areas and a bamboo swing on the balcony, we stayed, the host is very kind and kind and helpful, there is wifi in the house for many things, we did not have internet problems, thank you for everything:)

Utku was a great host! The Airbnb was a well furnished apartment with all the amenities! The kitchen had microwave, Refrigerator, Gas, utensils and much more! The apartment was also in a prime location close to the Historical Elevator from where you can easily walk to the nearby restaurants and also Kemeralti Bazaar! Utku’s place is ideal for longer stays and is well-equipped with everything you need :)

Boris was a very good host, very polite and very communicative. The location of the house is very nice and the house was clean. I really like Dario Moreno street which is close to the house. If I come back in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, it will be one of the first houses I will look at Izmir The living room view of the house was very nice, even when we stayed at home, we were able to have a good time in front of the view.

I rented it for my brothers' visits to Izmir, since they had 2 children, it was our priority to be reliable and clean, as said, all the items you can look for a clean house were available, and it was definitely a place that deserved its price in one of the best locations in Izmir.
