La Calata has everything you need, maybe even more. We enjoyed the view of the old harbor and the small balcony. We were extremely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

The apartment was great, clean. Check in process was flexible and easy to follow. The location is quite good, everything is walkable, sea is 2 min walk. For the car parking there is public free parking within a km, nearby parkings were always full with machines. Micbela was great, she was very responsive and every ask was satisfied. Very convenient and well-equipped apartment, located very close to Punta Ala marina. Great location. Antonia was very nice. The wifi offered by the residence on the other hand is not working well; however, Antonia offered me a solution by lending me a small personal box, which was very useful to me. Very good service and very good communication. In the end, a pleasant stay, a practical and comfortable apartment.

The most incredible view with complete privacy. The house is truly a piece of paradise. The hosts were so kind and available to help with all requests. We highly recommend staying at this magical place.

We were a group of 13 people and we had plenty of room in this large and beautiful house, composed of two levels in 2 apartments, which can either be separated or combined with everything double: 2 kitchens, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens etc. The house is very clean and neat, very generously equipped. The pretty village of Massa Marittima is a 5-minute walk away and the beaches are a 20-minute drive away. Leonardo is a friendly and very responsive host. The pool is actually a large pool, useful for cooling off or for young children, but we knew that before. We can only recommend this accommodation warmly.

The stay on La Concordia was beautiful and we would definitely book the place again! The house is super nice, clean, well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has only topped the large pool and the stunning views! ;-) Senta is a super nice host and took great care of us, the check-in and communication during the stay were straightforward and hospitable! Thanks again to you at this point:) I can fully recommend the accommodation to all people who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature, but do not want to do without cooling in the pool and comfort.

Barbara's apartment is mega beautiful ! The location is great, right in the middle of Massa Marittima and the view of the cathedral is unique! The apartment is very well equipped, well maintained and quiet! The handling with Carlotta was very pleasant and worked perfectly! The place is very nice and reflects the description provided by the owner. Despite not taking the signal very well, the house is equipped with everything you need to stay multiple days comfortably. The only downside is that of parking, which often, during the period of stay, was uncomfortable due to the absence of a place near the house. Finally, it is worth emphasizing the kindness of the host who gave us all the necessary directions, even recommending a nearby trattoria where we can eat typical.

It was a great experience to stay in Suvereto’s quaint Old Town neighborhood. The accommodation was close to both a grocery store and pharmacy. The host was great to deal with and was very responsive to any questions that were asked. The location was a short drive to many other interesting towns such as: Campiglia Marittima and Massa Marittima.

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.
