Vacation rentals in Napier City Council

House was wonderful- great location. Walking distance to centre of town. Close to restaurants and grocery store. It was a very quiet house even though it’s right on a main road. Kerry was easy to contact and replied quickly. House was very comfortable. Good hot showers , comfy beds. Best of all great view over the water. Really enjoyed our stay-basically it was a perfect house.

Location! Location! Location! Walkable to almost everything you want to do. Restaurants, bars, shopping, beaches. The home was clean, modern and everything we we looking for for two nights. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulous place to stay, well appointed and absolutely everything you need. Well presented. Sunny courtyard to enjoy a wine at the end of the day. Great off street parking. Friendly, helpful owners offering excellent suggestions for dining.

We adored our stay! The cottage was pristine. The location is great. It is right across a quiet stretch of beach and walking distance from a great playground. It is very close to the airport but recent upgrades meant we couldn't hear the planes from inside the house. Our little one was obsessed with watching the planes take off. What really set this place apart was how thoughtful and kind the hosts were. We have a baby and toddler and the hosts brought toys for the kids to play with. The kids had the best time!

The place was bohemian and lovely. Francine was a good host and the garden was very pretty. It was a short drive to Napier.

Gerry's home was THE MOST beautiful place we have ever had the pleasure and privilege of staying. You can see and hear the ocean from almost every room, the rooms were spacious and modern but homey and comfy. There were 4 of us that stayed the week, and all 4 of us can NOT wait to come back too this very location. Gerry, the host was so sweet and attentive, he made us feel so at home. We walked to the shops and beaches all day and coming home was one of the greatest parts of our day. 100% recommend this home.

This is a nice place. We have stayed in fancier but it had everything we needed. Ocean view is nice. We ended up parking very close on the street because the off street parking was too tight - no problem. Every now and then the neighbor's dogs yipped but they seemed to settle quickly. We would go back.

Absolute gem! 22 Pukeko Place is a perfect stay, spotless and beautiful inside with tim tams and coffee provided! We were very impressed and loved our stay - after 4 nights in the bush hiking Lake Waikaremoana this was exactly what we needed to recoup before flying out in the morning. Linda and Peter communicated straight away when we asked if we could check out 1 hr later due to flight delays. Highly recommend :-)
