Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Napeague

We loved our stay at Jimbo's. All the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The whole family enjoyed chilling out in the comfy sofas with a nice library in the living area. We all and in particular our dog loved the huge, green and well maintained lawn. He had so much fun with all the space to run and play! For us the greenery was very relaxing. The location is good - a 5 minute walk from the ice cream store, 12 minute walk from Crescent Beach (with the happening Sunset Beach Club), a 5 minute drive from the IGA, and a 5 minute drive from North Ferry. The furthest we had to drive was a 12 minute drive to Rams Head Point. The outdoor shower was lovely! Jimbo was very friendly and very responsive including providing some very efficient "tech support" on the dryer even though he was out of town. The issue was a confusing light on the dryer and some user error and was easily resolved on the phone. Additional towels were dropped off upon request. A pretty comprehensive set of silverware, plate settings, and kitchen utensils made it a fun and easy stay. Thank you Mary and Jimbo for sharing your house, we had precious moments there and we highly recommend it !

Six of us flew in from all over the world to have a friend reunion here since it was the most convenient location for us all to meet up. The house was great for this occasion in that it is cozy, and conveniently located. Our favorite spot in the house was the sunroom with the wood burning stove since the weather was mostly gray and on the chilly side. The kitchen was the next most popular spot and was well equipped, better than most places actually. David and Claire provided clear check in and checkout guidance and were proactive in their communication with us. Thank you!

This Airbnb was perfection. The moment we opened the door and walked inside, we felt right at home. Beautifully decorated and little details added to the warm ambiance. We were immediately greeted by the stunning view of the bay with the large windows. The kitchen was nicely sized and had every size pot and pan to cook what was needed. Fridge was clean and empty so we easily fit all of our cold foods. Upstairs master bedroom was a wow factor. Incredible views of water and very comfortable. The two rooms downstairs were super nice as well. Bathrooms were clean and had nice shampoo/conditioners and body wash. Backyard was so cute! Hot tub once again gave an opportunity to soak in the beautiful views while relaxing. Beach is sooo close and it’s like having the beach to yourself because it wasn’t crowded. Host was very flexible, easy to talk to and very quick to respond. I had a lot of questions and she didn’t make me feel like a burden. Our family truly had a wonderful time here!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed by the warm hospitality. The apartment was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. We especially loved the comfortable bed, the fully equipped kitchen, the living area. Nathalia was an exceptional host. Perfect place to stay in East Hampton! The house is large and can comfortably sleep 15. Backyard is great and Warren was quick to respond whenever we wanted to heat the pool. Location is ideal, very close to East Hampton and Amagansett towns. Very clean as well! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone

This is a beautiful small house . . . a real architectural gem, with its sunken main floor living and bedrooms on the wings. The hot tub is right out the sliding door from the dining area and guest bedroom, so it's smoothly reached in all weather, and the back patio and yard are a lovely private space. You're just off the peninsula from Southampton but it is easy to go to town without getting on Route 27, so you get the Hamptons lifestyle without the insane prices. Great value for a couple, a small family, or two couples who are close-knit.

Kerry’s place was absolutely STUNNING! I mean truly breathtaking. The place was squeaky clean and had plenty of room for my group of 6. You can tell that Kerry put a lot of love and thought into everything. Although we didn’t have kids on this trip, I soooo appreciate that there were kid plates, a crib and even baby detergent; how thoughtful!! Do not hesitate to stay here; you will truly feel at home!!!! Kerry, you rock!

Alexis was a tremendous host-always available & great to interact with. The house was perfect, had anything & everything needed and was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend her home to anyone visiting Shelter Island.

George was an excellent Air BnB host!!!! His responses were prompt and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal in Greenport as everything was walking distance. We had an amazing time!

We had a lovely stay this April. House was spotless and newly refurbished. Pool area great (early in season so braved a cold plunge!!!) and appreciated the separate hot tub too. Pool furniture all brand new and special mention of the best kitted out games room I have ever seen! Location great. Very quiet but short car ride to East Hampton proper. Sammi’s beach a 10 min walk away. A fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others.
