Vacation rentals in Napa River

We had the most wonderful Thanksgiving at this charming Sebastopol home! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for our family getaway. The backyard was just amazing. Spacious, private, and beautifully maintained, it provided a peaceful retreat for morning coffee and great star gazing. We spent a lot of time out there, and it really made our stay feel extra special. The ultimate highlight was the garage-turned-arcade (the primary reason for being there). It was like stepping into a time machine with all the classic arcade games—perfect for my kiddo (and adults who acted like kids!). We had a blast playing Pac-Man, pinball, and some air hockey tournaments. It was the perfect spot for family bonding and creating new memories. The location was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the holiday.

We had the best week at this property! Crystal was super responsive and helpful, even on a holiday weekend! The scenery was beautiful. Everything in the house worked great! Highly recommend staying here for a family gathering or relaxing weekend away!

Everything about Villa Ciel is simply outstanding from the incredibly hospitable and super flexible hosts - Viviane and Marc - to its central location in the Russian River Valley, its spotlessly clean and comfortable surroundings and off-the-hook amenities including the complimentary (and quite delicious) foods provided for breakfast. I can NOT recommend this place enough. We loved our stay and while we didn't take advantage of everything at Villa Ciel - the hot tub for one - we were spoiled by our surroundings. Located off the beaten path, literally as Villa Ciel is up on a hill and a dirt road, it is close to so many cool things. Our hosts even allowed us to borrow their car for a scheduled dinner when our rental got a flat tire. Another perk, The Barlow (an entertainment complex located less than 10 minutes away) has restaurants, cafes, breweries, shopping, etc.) makes take-out or dining a breeze. You will not be disappointed, book now! Thanks Viviane & Marc for a great stay.

It’s a beautiful home in a very relaxing environment. The beds are firm and comfortable. We slept like logs:) Bathrooms were provided with shampoo & conditioner generously. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, steamers, utensils etc… It’d be greater if we could have some basic dry herbs, sugar & salt…

This is a sweet tiny house with a very comfy bed. Hope to be back to avail ourselves of the fire and bbq!

Carrie’s place was perfect for us! It accommodated 3 couples comfortably! Each room was spacious and clean! We enjoyed staying here and would stay here again! The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe enough! The only other thing I would note is that there is a train close by and it was running throughout the night so if you’re a light sleeper be aware of that although it didn’t bother any of us! Carrie gave clear instructions on how to get inside but we had issues with the keypad just because it’s touch screen and you can’t tell if you’re pressing the button or not. But we were able to figure it out! The house itself was clean! And it was conveniently located for a wedding we attended. Only 45 minutes from Sacramento airport! We would stay here again!

Beautiful property and beautiful location in the local Napa hills. 5 minute drive to downtown Napa. Steve was a very proactive host, offers a guide to the Valley. We had an awesome experience.
