This 4 bhk is a great place to reside at. Monica the host is amiable and always responsive. The place was immense and our stay was comfortable. Each room was tidy and i found no litter anywhere in the vicinity. It's a private, quiet residence which is an ideal place to get away and regroup. Lovely for dates, and if you have a big group of people around. will definitely revisit and kudos to monica for being awesome.

Everything was as described. Apartment was central and close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable distance to most everything you need, plus with Quick Commerce apps, food delivery apps, Ride Hailing apps, this place becomes a brilliant option

Cosy place where we felt right at home. The place was very clean and hygienic. We had absolutely zero issues related to cleanliness. Everything was as described and how it can be seen in the pictures. Host was very responsive and also suggested some great nearby restaurants. There were even some complimentary stuff which we really liked. Overall we had a great stay.. :)

Akshay was a wonderful host, right from the moment i contacted him first accomodating all my requests and even gladly helped me when i had to cut my stay short due to some unforseen circumstances. Akshay and his father were right there to help you with everything. The place is easily accessible by cabs and easy to reach from different places.

We had a very pleasant stay! It’s very well located, and the host is very proactive and really nice. The airbnb is very well equipped with everything you’d need. Only downside was the lack of an elevator, we had some big bags but it was not a surprise, we knew before hand as the host had mentioned it to us at the time we booked the place. Would recommend to all! :)

Excellent, clean stay for our NRI family visiting for two weeks. Two story layout gives privacy and lots of room. Very impressed with the western style renovations completed in the home. Two entry gates and outdoor security cameras gave additional peace of mind and security, since we had both children and elders with us. From outside it looks like a traditional, old house but inside is a warm and updated home. Owner Mr. Sampath was very responsive and so cooperative, he really made our visit much more comfortable by opening this Jewel of Jayanagar for us.

I enjoyed my stay here. The house has got an upgrade with the kitchen more equipped and a new upgraded inverter for uninterrupted power. Annapoorni Maam is super friendly and Vidhya is always responsive. I would recommend this place if your here for business and need a cosy quiet place to stay around HENNUR, HBR, HRBR , Manyata, Kammanahalli, Banaswadi or outer ring road area.

What was a work trip purely, became a nice workation at the end of 3-4days. The house is in a secured gated society, quaint and away from the main streets. Stayed in one of the rooms of the villa, which has a large kitchen with basic utensils and stove, fridge, microwave, RO and a living room with TV, swing & recliner Sofa. Enjoyed the mornings and evenings with a cup of tea, in their nice little private backyard garden with the birds chirping. Felt at home, away from home, on a busy work day, just 500 mtr away from Blr traffic hustle.

Sameer was incredibly adjusting! The house was very clean and organized. The locality is peaceful, with a fruit shop and village supermarket right outside.

I stayed in this 1BHK which was perfect per my requirements where I could work from home with great wifi connection and power backup availability in case of power outage. With fully equipped kitchen I could my own meals and order stuff from Blinkit/Zomato pretty easily. Stay is inside a gated society with only few houses built, it was very peaceful with a lot of space around to walk freely. I stayed with my pet dog and it was pretty convenient for me to walk her as well. Parth & his wife are great host who’ve placed stuff in the stay considering even the smallest needs of the guests. Overall an exceptional stay, would definitely visit again

Jai was proactive and texted us all the details and instructions; the place was easy to locate, private and safe. The kitchen on the terrace was good with basic amenities and a water filter. It was easy to find rides from the place. It is a great budget friendly option close to the tech parks in Mahadevapura.

Zakir's apartment was well ventilated, lots of natural light coming in through the sliding glass doors which made the apartment very appealing to us. Our 2 year old toddler felt very much at home as the apartment had a beautiful terrace that doubled as a play area for her. The flat was well furnished and equipped that counted towards making our stay comfortable. Zakir is definitely a super host and very proactive. He was super helpful, responsive and attended to our concerns almost immediately. Although the natural vegetation around attracted mosquitoes the window mesh helped. Zakir plans on upgrading the mosquito mesh to make it more comfortable in future. Overall it was a pleasant week spent at the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment if you're traveling with kids or looking for a quiet place that's well connected with facilities to cook your own food. Thank you for helping throughout and being a great host Zakir! We will definitely come back next time in Bangalore.

I think this a cozy and nice place in the middle of Bangalore with some great breeze and privacy. Lot of options when it comes to food around you and the caretaker is super helpful too !

Magnificent apartment (well, entire building floor even) with beautiful terraces in a very quiet place near living areas of Bengalore. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, I highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience! Raj Uncle and Sheela Aunty were amazing—both are incredibly helpful. If you ever need anything, you can just ask them, and they’ll assist you right away. The area is peaceful, and the rooms were clean and free of clutter.
