Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nanakramguda

We came from America. We wanted to get true Hyderabad experience and neighborhood. If you are looking for the heart of Hyderabad this is the place for you. The pictures are exactly how the apartment looks. Having a washing machine was a plus. You have your own entrance so privacy and safety is assured.Syed is very very responsive. He knows exactly where to go. If it comes to exchanging money, SIM cards he knows. He lives downstairs and doesn't mind helping. There's many Mosque very near and street food is very close. My wife loved that he catered to our needs, like where are the best restaurants, and stores, and that Syed had his place stocked with some personal hygiene products, my wife hurt herself while we were at a festival and Syed had a first aid kit handy which aided her in healing. You are truly in a Hyderabad, local neighborhood which I love. You maybe only foreigner in the general area, but this was a plus for us. For the price you won't be disappointed.

NIce place. Felt like our own home. No complaints against anything.Ample parking space in basement . No nusiance from anyone of anything. No trouble in finding the location.All delivery services easily available.Sorroundings are neat and clean and in posh area. Most important is ,the area is mosquito free. Wish these points could get a little more attention from host. There could be more dining plates for a family of 10 and more utensils to cook rice and dishes for 10 people. Proximity to railway station.Straight road from aiport.Easy transport and wide roads. A little attention to small details here and there needs serious thought. Over all it was a nice stay and our family of 8 people had a great get-together . We will stay in the same place next time if we want to come to Hyd. Host was good and pleasing person with clear communication and always helpful. Recommended to book blindly for any big family with out any second thoughts.

I have had the most amazing experience staying in this abode. The best part about this place is its in the centre of city. All the well known classics of Hyderabad are close.Very easy to get deliveries from instamart, zomato,etc.Now about the place- it had everything you’ll need, was super clean, very peaceful and had all the amenities as mentioned. Owner Mr.Mohammed was just a call away for everything, he made sure we had a comfortable stay.Thank you for this amazing experience ✨

We stayed here for almost two months, the place is centrally located with lot of popular restaurants near by. The rooms are pretty big and maintained well. The host is really friendly and responsive.

Stayed for 5 days. Place is exactly as shown in the pics. Homely environment with all facilities as listed. Main road is walkable and has multiple places to eat on the way. Kashyap was really proactive in checking if I needed anything. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you to host

We had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was indeed a great experience. The property was clean and made us feel at home from the day one. The check-in was breeze as the caretaker, who is such a happy, smiling and ready to help person, was on site and waiting for our early check-in. This is spacious accommodation providing ample room to relax and unwind after a long flight. The host is quick to any queries and made sure that was stay was well assisted. The house caretaker is well mannered, attentive person, ensuring that all is in order and cleaned as quickly as possible. Clean bed sheets, towels provided. Overall, this is a great place, however, there is always room for improvements. It would be great to have tea/coffee mugs or cups that are chipped replaced with clean, latest trendy designs. As this is a large place that can accommodate eight people, more utensils are needed, such as cereal and curry bowls. The bathroom fixtures upgraded and AC in ground floor fixed.

Staying at Ubuntu Homes was a great choice, when we were in HYD for 2 days only for US Embassy work. They offered flexible check-in/out time as we landed in early morning. Very secure and clean place, felt like home with my infant baby and wife. The host Pallavi offered very proactive response and all possible help during our stay, as we wanted to keep our luggage locked for few hours while we were out for Visa appointment.

It was great experience, flat was nice with the view from balcony and the society was well maintained and early morning walk in society was memorable. Easy to checkin with parking. so many dishes stove and needy groceries available.

We stayed at this place for a month. It is at a great location and very spacious. The host and team are very responsive. Will stay again at this property in future.
