Farmstay vacation rentals in Namibia

To stay at Kowes farm is by far one of the best decisions we’ve made for our trip to Namibia. Christel and her husband Piet are one of the most warm and welcoming people we’ve met, and with their lovely dogs and funny parrot this place is such a treat to visit! We were invited to join on some of the farm activities, and got some lifelong memories for our stay. Christel’s food is amazing, the accommodation is very cozy, and we are already looking forward to coming back next time we visit Namibia!

What a peaceful well-run establishment. Lots of fresh organic produce, meat and baked goods available to purchase at a reasonable cost. We particularly appreciated the washing machine! Most of all the staff are all very friendly, and helpful. Well worth the stay

I was greeted very warmly and taken to my room. Everything was great. Clean bathroom, comfortable beds, very good internet. The breakfast was great and included. For dinner I had crocodile kebab, which was delicious. The tour of the farm was also very interesting. I learned a lot about crocodiles and I was even able to hold a small one in my hands. So cool.

A very welcoming place in a stunning landscape. Very clean and comfortable with excellent food on offer too. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful old farm house with many original features. Lovely peaceful setting and very good value for money. Great for families & groups. Even has an outside play area for children. The workman on site (think Jacobus) was welcoming and attentive. He even lit of fire for us. Some might find the bathrooms rather dated, but this didn't bother me. Would love to return.

If you are looking for solitude, nature, stargazing, relaxation come to Anton's tented chalet with a big patio! We went on walks down the dry river bed, and saw giraffes, wildebeest, warthogs, impala and much more!

This stay is excellent value for money. All amenities you can wish for is available and the host is extremely friendly. The beds are excellent quality and the rest of the property is comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness is absolutely excellent as well. We will revisit this stay again!!

Lovely farm setting for some quiet time and break away from city life. Slept like a baby, felt rejuvenated. The little extras like wood, biscuits, apples, milk etc. Was really a big surprise and made us feel even more at home.

Lovely quiet location with lots of space and a private pool. Nice to also meet the owner who invited us for a whisky!

We had a wonderful experience at BellaTiny house. Amazing scenery. First thing we did after getting settled was walk to the dam, and we rowed for a lap and a half around it. This was after seeing just how beautiful Bella Tiny actually is, the pictures didn’t do it justice. We then painted, showered in the open, took baths under the night skies, woke up to birds singing and the sight of animals quenching their morning thirst by the dam. It was magical. Bella Tiny is magical and much more. Thank you, Sybille. You have created an amazing experience that everyone should get to live.

We were just six of us and enjoyed staying in this beautiful African house with character. The special braai house by the lovely swimming pool was a surprise, but also the cozy terrace, the dogs that make you feel at home, the spacious kitchen with convenient utility room and fantastically spacious refrigerator. In a word: fantastic. We would love to come back again.

Perfect start for any Namibia trip. Beatrice took good care of us, also of our 1 year old. We felt very much at home and would recommend a stop there at the beginning or end.
