Chalet vacation rentals in Namib Desert

Our stay at Natanya's game lodge was a delightful escape into nature. The cabin provided all the comforts of home with its fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. While we didn't get to participate in the offered game drives this time around, nature came to us! During our drive out, we were treated to incredible wildlife sightings including rhino, kudu, nyala, buffalo, various buck species and giraffes. Natanya is an excellent host who maintained great communication throughout and was always ready to assist with any requests.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The kids had made good use of space outside to run and play. The location is perfect - quiet, lots of nature and not to far from shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful, good communication. We can absolutely recommend that place :)

We loved the remoteness of Barby Farm. Leslie is a warm and hospitable host. We enjoyed chatting with him over pre-dinner drinks, dinner and breakfast, which he prepares himself. We learned a lot of fascinating details about his family history and farming in southern Namibia. The accommodation is basic, but perfectly adequate i.e. it's clean, there's hot water and solar lights. For those interested in an authentic Namibian farm experience, this is a recommended place to stay.

Beautiful stop over in Bloemfontein. The space was immaculately clean and very well decorated. Definitely a 5 star experience
