Simon was the best the aircond died the first day we were there he responded quickly and purchased a portable aircond drove up from Perth to install its for us. Location was perfect.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Helen was a great host and fantastic with communicating. We arrived to a warm welcoming and a brief tour of the cottage. We found the cottage to be fresh, clean and comfortable,the outdoor area was so relaxing. Close walk to the town centre and beach,we will be back. Pet friendly was a bonus our dog loved their beautiful grassed area and shady tree. Thankyou Helen and Jim 🐬

Fabulous, The Treehouse is a perfect space to relax and chill out. The birds are a delight to witness. Great for families, so close to the dog beach and all the amenities in Guilderton. Highly recommend.

We had a great time in Green ahead. The house was very spacious, comfortable and really well equipped. Communication with Erin the host could not have been easier - she was always responsive and gave really clear and helpful information. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful stay in Moore River. House had everything we needed and was comfortable for four friends to share. Clean & newly renovated bathroom. Beautiful view of the ocean and loved experiencing the Moore River area. Thanks for having us :)

Our stay was perfect. The view from the balcony was amazing - we spent a lot of time sitting out there watching the ocean. The place was large enough to accommodate our multiple families with two living areas and bathrooms. The proximity to the beach was great for the kids as was the heated pool and grassed area out the front. We had a great time and will definitely look to book again.

Good old rustic property. Our friends over on holiday from Scotland loved it. Place was clean and tidy, nice touch the bowl of chocolates left in the fridge lol Walking distance to shops, beach and tavern. Would definitely recommend to friends to go.

Melissa and Michael were responsive and friendly. The house is clean, comfortable and provides full linen (which is rare at Air Bnbs these days) so we didn't have to worry about packing towels and sheets etc. There were a few thoughtful gestures like some choc bickies in the fridge and bubble wands for our kids, and cold glasses in the freezer, that weren't expected but appreciated. Fully enclosed backyard are, and semi enclosed patio out the front mean you can hide from the sun, or watch it set. Inside and outside games to keep the kids busy arguing over, and close walk to beach and pub. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. It's value for for the price, and a great last minute decision to escape the city for a couple of nights.

Great place to stay. Penelope was so easy to communicate with about everything. The house is set up beautifully with absolutely everything! Fast WiFi, massive living room smart TV, record player with a great collection to listen to, freezing cold aircons, spacious rooms, immaculate kitchen with a pod coffee machine & all cooking appliances an utensils, clean fresh linen and an awesomely clean house. Honestly everything you would need in an air bnb and well worth the price to stay here. So close to an almost secluded beach across the road and an easy walk to the shops & local country club. Would highly reccomend staying here!

Hosts were friendly and helpful. A great little stay, very clean and comfy. Loved the hot outdoor shower after coming back from the beach.

Our family had a lovely long weekend in Seabird. This is our second time to stay at Antony's place. It's always a pleasure communicating wiith Antony. He is responsive and friendly. House is tidy. Very near to the beach. Good food at the pub and the cafe. Met some lovely people at the caravan park. Will definitely come back on our next little holiday.
