This place is absolutely beautiful 😍 One of the very few places that can accomodate such a large number of people. The house is beautiful, the grounds are spacious and having the pool makes it a hit with the kids :) The team on the ground is ever so helpful and they make sure to always ensure you are comfortable. Mama Davis adds charm to the place as she is so warm,welcoming and helpful (she even came to us to the lake to help us buy fish for lunch and gave us kale and sukumawikii from her garden :) ) The surrounding area is also just out of a dream...Lake Naivasha on one side and Mt Longonot on the other... I spent hours on the balcony sitting just admiring the views. The pool is in an open area, so a few insects and bits of soil are inevitable. The team spends hours cleaning it, but nature always finds a way back. Think of it like swimming in a lake—just relax and enjoy the experience! (don't envision it like the clean pools in enclosed building za nairobi )

A lovely house in a beautiful location, surrounded by amazing scenery and wildlife. We even saw a leopard whilst enjoying breakfast outside! Good staff, who were very hospitable and eager to help when necessary. We’d love to come back.

This place was just right for our family and the season we are in. We needed an out of the way retreat and this fit the bill. There are some great day trips nearby but we mostly stayed and enjoyed the house. Keep in mind that this is a very unique house that blends with the landscape around it. We were very comfortable. Indeed, aspects of the house are quite luxurious, but one should view this as glamping. Again, for us this was ideal. We also enjoyed Fleur, her family, and the staff. They were around when we needed them but they otherwise left us to enjoy the place. The pool, the grill, the bath under the stars, and the massive, open kitchen were highlights.

The place is new and well organized, prestine Its close to Naivasha resort, can easily connect to the boat yard and easily take a trip to crescent island It’s a quick uber drive to buffalo mall and some nice hidden gems along south lake road Definitely worth the stay

We loved our time at this house. The house is simple, but well-setup and designed. This is one of the few houses that seems to have screens on the windows so that you can leave the windows open to enjoy the breeze and not have to battle mosquitoes! We loved that you could walk down the driveway a couple hundred meters and be right at the lake and watch hippos and birds. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This Cottage is quite special. Every day some animals came in to graze the grass and the outdoor space is comfortable and perfect for lounging or playing games. We enjoyed walking the 88 acre grounds, seeing the birds and walking to the lake each day. The instructions and information provided is excellent and every room has a well-stocked bathroom and supplies. I highly recommend this place for the wonderful housekeeper, Paul. He is kind and very helpful. I also recommend that you hire Suzy the chef if you want a chef. She was easy to communicate with, had many menus to choose from and was excellent. Overall, we loved our stay with 6 adults. I hope to return with more guests in the future.

Very charming house with a beautiful, flowering garden and beautiful lake views. Short distances to the lake shore, to the boat tour, to the bike rental for the tour through Hell's Gate, to the restaurant. We made great excursions and also recovered well in the house.

We booked Ann's place to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday with family. We really enjoyed our stay. The property is well-maintained and conveniently located minutes from Lake Naivasha and Naivasha town. Ann was very responsive and attended to all our inquiries. The property boasts several amenities including several in-suite bathrooms, large kitchen, wifi, washer, and cctv security. We'll definitely book this place again whenever we're in Naivasha!

New place to stay

I highly recommend Patrick's house. The location is excellent, very close to the lakeside pier, and the house is beautiful, especially the small garden in front of the house, which is well maintained, with large open parking space, good Wi-Fi signal, and a fully equipped kitchen. Patrick and Peter are also very enthusiastic and patiently and actively solve all our problems. We spent a pleasant two nights here and will definitely go there again!

This place exceeded our expectations—it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures! The lake view is absolutely breathtaking, with hippos right in front of the house and plenty of wildlife in the surroundings. The staff was outstanding, and the chef prepared delicious meals for us every day. We highly recommend this place.

The house and grounds are gorgeous, old atyle colonial feel. Beautiful views, lots of space, very safe. Roof leaked a little with rain. Workers were awesome. Great place for a family reunion.

fantastic spot around lake Navaisha, better than what we expected from the photos ! communication with Alex was excellent , we ordered some veggies ahead of our arrival send as soon as we arrived alex team prepared a nice salad with them for dinner. the stafff also helped with BBQ. We only stayed one night kids did some horse riding late afternoon around the farm and the following morning we did a great boat tour around the lake during which we could see several hippos. The compound has a nice playground for small kids and a nice swimming pool. We will definitely be back and next time we will do the farm tour :)
