Absolutely fantastic house, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, is kitted with everything you need and more! Such a stunning location, quiet and peaceful and relaxing far from local amenities, we used the Tesco at Dingwall for a big click and collect shop at the start of our stay. I would highly recommend Alison's place. 10/10 :)

Neil and Hazel were fabulous guests and have a beautiful home. Felt comfortable and clean. Neil made a lovely breakfast and gave great recommendations for what to eat at the local restaurant. Fire was made up in the lounge and we had a relaxed evening. It was wonderful to meet Riach and see all his tricks.

Fiona and her family were incredible hosts to us. So kind, welcoming, and very helpful. She went above and beyond with breakfast and it was delicious, making our stay one of our most warm and authentic Scottish experiences. They had recommendations on where to eat and even places to visit throughout the rest of our trip, which we listened to and were glad we did! The place was very close and convenient to many Loch Ness points of interest, would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Delny Glamping. Accomodation was great the beds were really comfortable and the kids even said how comfortable to pull out bed was. There's everything you need for a stay in the pod. The pirate ship and swings went down a treat too but mostly the kids loved the animals. Particularly the ponies! Paul and Claire were on site and welcoming and friendly. We would highly reccomend a stay.

Beautiful 2 bedroom suite with private bathroom

Undoubtably one of, if not the best place I have ever stayed at. My engineers had the 2 bed apartment next door. On their arrival Sunday they travelled 10 hours from Essex and didn’t get to the pub till 12:30 am. Maxine made sure to stay up for them to welcome them in. I arrived on Monday (at a normal time) and was shown to my room and around the pub so I knew where everything was. We had dinner in the pub on both of the nights we stayed, which was cooked by Maxine’s husband Garry. All home cooked and homemade dinners from his experience as a chef and baker. Maxine and Garry both went above and beyond during our stay, always making sure we were ok, got to know us personally and really made us feel welcomed and at home. Although the pub is closed to the public on Mondays , they were still offering their food and kitchen services for us. Overall, 10/10 for me. If we are ever to return back to Aberdeen , we will be making sure we stay here again Thank you again Maxine and Garry

Very warm and relaxed welcome, all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and all parts of the hotel were cosy. The bar is very snug with a big open fire giving a really nice ambiance to sample the local craft beers or whisky and enjoy the home made food. The room was a good size and very comfortable with a couple of chairs to relax and enjoy the view over the firth. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Deirdre & David were both fantastic hosts, very freindly but not over bearing with great stories to share! We stayed for the cycling event around Inverness. They made sure we had a hearty breakfast despite us getting up at 4:30 am, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean! They kept our bags for us during the event and let us have a shower afterwards despite it being past check-out time!

Beautiful, comfortable room with a clean and convenient ensuite bathroom. There was also a beautiful shared common room. Lovely quiet area a little way away from the main roads. It had everything we needed. Sarah was also kind enough to let us check in earlier than scheduled so we could come in from the rain and put our bags down. We had a wonderful night and would definitely stay again.

The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Our flight was delayed, and when we phoned, they were reassuring that we could arrive anytime before midnight, no problem. They even had a small whisky bar on site. Breakfast was more than ample.

Lynda and Eric are welcoming and helpful hosts. We felt "at home" as soon as we arrived. Breakfast choices are interesting, and I found a new favourite breakfast item! Lynda and Eric are very knowledgeable about the area and have helpful suggestions for things to see and do. We would return.

The Boathouse Guest house was an ideal stop along our cycling tour of Scotland. It's located in the heart of town and not far from some beautiful walking trails and cycle route 7. Harry was a lovely host and made us an amazing breakfast! The room itself was very comfortable. A little dated, but well maintained and clean. Would love to visit again!

We only stayed one night in a drive from Edinburgh to Isle of Skye to break up the drive. It’s more if a hotel room than a home, but it was clean and warm with comfy beds and a great shower! Wouldn’t use it for a long term stay as there’s no kitchen facilities, but for a night it was perfect.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. The comfort of the bedroom and the large bathroom are more than appreciated as well as the hearty courtesy tray (tea, cookies, coffee, milk...) We recommend this very quiet place in the heart of a charming village with its locks to discover at the gates of Loch Ness!

The hosts were friendly and helpful, the location quiet with great views over the lake. Off-street parking. If staying in Room 5 and ordering the Queen bed option, which comprises two singles pushed together, note that the beds do slide apart a little when slept on. Stores and pubs 5 minutes drive away. The local Highland Gathering held in August is great event to witness... Many thanks

My partner and I stayed here for one night as it was a stop off point for our road trip. The hot tub was just what we needed after a day of walking and it did not disappoint. The location was lovely and peaceful and we found a great restaurant near the beach. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
