The stay was wonderful! Just a short walk from Mall Road, and while the initial uphill climb might seem a bit challenging, it's smooth sailing after that. The views from the property were stunning, and Nivedita was an exceptional host.

The place is great and looks really grand and luxurious from the inside. There are multiple balconies with great view.

Pictures cannot express what reality can, this place has more than I can express in writing. Tourists from around Nainital, Bhimtal or whichever Tal come to explore this place, and you are already there watching them having traveled for hours to reach here. You throw a stone from the balcony of your appartment and it lands in the lake. There are several activities within 20 mtrs of your appartment, zipline, water zorbing, kayaking, shikara, overhead cycling etc. The caretaker Hemraj is a pleasing wonderful guy. Forget Nainital go to Naukuchiyatal.

From the moment I booked until the end of my stay, she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. One thing that stood out to me was how accessible Shivani Ji was throughout my visit. Whether it was recommending local eateries or offering assistance with any issues that arose, she was always just a call away, which gave me peace of mind knowing that help was readily available if needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

for the first time I had went solo with AirBnB. The location was easily accessible, close enough to get commutes and had all necessary amenities nearby. Food served was also a delicacy. The hosts took an extra step to take care of me during minor health issues. Overall amazing, would sure visit again.

We had a pleasant stay at the property. The best part was the responsiveness and communication with Aman even before booking the place. He helped clear the doubts. instructions were very clear and Aman had been checking regularly for our requiremens and experience. The place is just like shown in the images. There was ample space and furniture for us to relax and enjoy the stay. It felt just like home. We enjoyed sunrises and even moonrises. The place is located in calm society. Highly recommended place and host.

Pallavi has a really nice place if you're looking to spend some time with your friends or family. The view of the lake first thing in the morning is something to be mesmerized by. Quiet surroundings and the homely feeling at the place takes all the glory!

Not too far but still located at an untouched place. Place is easily reachable for an average driver. Balcony provides really beautiful view of the mountain. Its surrounded by peach trees which is very rare to see for people from plain. House has all necessary amenities. Rooms are quite big. You will feel at home. Caretaker cooks whatever you ask him and is a good cook. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. It's a peaceful and serene location and the kitchen is impressively well equipped, far beyy whaylt you'd usually expect. The bathroom and rooms are spotless and we truly enjoyed our stay here especially the lush greenery surrounding the property. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family and will definitely visit again.
