The unit was walking distance to all. Plaka beach was a 2-3 minute walk. Away from city square which was perfect because the town parties late and you don’t hear it. Mini mart on same block and supermarket around the corner. We were very happy with location. No views but it didn’t matter. Short walk to all restaurants in town .

The place was very clean and well cared for and Thomas very helpful! The area is also conveniently located and centrally located.

Great apartment, good welcome from the owner's niece. The apartment was very clean, but quite small, especially the bathroom. The neighborhood is a little noisy but friendly. The owner is responsive to messages and checking in is very nice. We had a small problem with the water because it heats up using solar panels and so it's cold when there is bad weather but the owner fixed the problem quickly. Otherwise the city center is a 30min walk, the hospital is 10min away, and there are plenty of shops nearby. There is plenty of buses nearby. There's just the price which is high but otherwise everything is fine, THANK YOU!

Great accommodation spotless space spacious with very nice aesthetics! very close to the university! The host was very kind and always responded instantly, we've never met a more kind and helpful host! We will definitely make sure when we need to revisit Patras, to stay in the same accommodation.

The area was very quiet, next to a hospital, gas station, and bakery. The apartment was beautiful, bright, diligently decorated and spacious for two. The only negative was the bed. The metal legs didn't support the bed frame properly, so it squeaks and shakes so much that we were afraid we would fall. It needs to be replaced immediately as it is dangerous.

Spiros' house was very well cared for in a calm neighborhood.The neighbors very discreet even though they could see from our windows the space never looked.The house very familiar with a rock mood !!Next to the beach for quick dives and very close to the center of Nafpaktos. We missed nothing and Spyros very good and discreet host . Thank you!Two things that could be a little better are the air codition that I had due to performance burned a little more (for you I call it Spiros )and a curtain still in the kitchen for any prying eyes !! we will definitely see you again!!

We had a pleasant stay, everything was perfect. Dimitris was very friendly and gave us good recommendations. We would definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing time staying at Av's place. The location was very close to the port and where we needed to drop off our car. It was close to a square and walking plazas with amazing shops and restaurants. This location was in the heart of the city but close to the water as well. We were able to walk the famous steps to the fortress and it was an easy drive to Rio town where we went to the beach as well as another castle and had an amazing lunch. We had everything we needed and more at our fingertips. One of the best best things was the bed, so very comfortable! I would highly recommend staying here!

Alexandra was a fabulous host we arrived and found freshly baked cheese pie in the oven freshly baked peach cobbler in the fridge bottle wine as well as other homemade goodies including jellies and jams the place was very clean clean with many amenities fully stocked kitchen and beautiful views would definitely recommend

I was in the Apartment for business trip, the location is perfect , the apartment is very big and has a lot of light , perfect view , clean and quite, for sure I will visit the same place I'm my next trip to Patra

Nice big apartment, but keep in mind that there is only one toilet, in case you are planning to stay as a big group (apartment can easy accomodate 6-7 persons)

This place between the sea and the mountain was great for one night. Maksim had prepared the hot tub and had set us a small table with a flower it was very thoughtful.
