I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The estate is stunning, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The room was clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What made the stay even more special was the host’s warm hospitality. They were incredibly polite, approachable, and always ready to assist. If you’re looking for a serene and memorable escape, this is the perfect place. I highly recommend staying here, and I can’t wait to return in the future!

The stay is amazing just like how it’s shown in the picture and described. The house is pristine clean, has all amenities, located just near the main road and has a very positive vibe. Though I travelled with my pets and the entire house was accessible by us, however the house can easily be a good fit for a big family vacation. Coming to the host, Sukhesh is one of the best host I have ever met through AirBnB. Very responsive, friendly, proactive and knowledgeable person. Very interesting and positive person to have a conversation with. The best part is very helping nature and easy going. This is a must place to visit and worth the stay.

Our stay at this beautiful rustic BnB was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of lush greenery, with stunning views of the surrounding hills, this place offers the perfect retreat for nature lovers. One of the most mesmerizing experiences was watching the clouds roll in, wrapping the hills in a soft mist, creating a truly serene atmosphere. The property itself is designed to immerse you in nature. The ample seating areas are thoughtfully placed to provide the best views, whether you’re lounging with a book or sipping your morning tea (which tasted so good, thanks to the ever-smiling Shalini Di). I loved the swings—so calming to gently sway while taking in the vibrant green surroundings. To top it off, the place has a charming little pond filled with fish, adding to the overall tranquil vibe. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape into nature with great food, beautiful scenery, and the most caring and responsive host Sam, this BnB is the perfect choice.

Property was absolutely clean and we didn't feel to call and check on anything since everything was in place.Many many thanks to Dev who was in touch with us from the beginning to end and guiding us to visit the places and restaurants which are more popular and worth. If you want to spend some peaceful time| walk through coffee estate| to have conversation about the place & culture(Spoke with host Shruthi for hours), then this is the perfect place for you. Nice & responsive host, home like food(thanks for the passion fruit juice), great view, plenty of space for your kids to play. It is near Madikeri, Kushalnagar & lot of places to visit by staying here. India needs more such stay-cations & hosts!! Enjoy the Beaty of Kodugu & be responsible traveller :)

Usha, Ben and their son Ayappa were super friendly and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. The place was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, which made it feel like home. The coffee plantation is a treat to walk around during a pleasant morning - peaceful & secluded. One of the best parts was the amazing food. Usha suggested some local restaurants and we also enjoyed the delicious meals prepared by her. The location was a bit confusing but the hosts were very responsive and helped us with the navigation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay . .... Raja seat is at walkable distance. Place is very very clean and spacious. Beautiful view from the property. Host is very responsive... If you are looking this property don't think twice to book it. It's worth every penny.

The stay is a very peaceful getaway from the busy life of any city.. sheer silence and beautiful waterbody very close to the property.. if you are a group of friends or family planning for a trip to Coorg and wish to spend a good time at a place where its just you, yet safe and secure, also reach shops for basics & food nearby, book this stay.. you will love it for sure.. its spacious, private and serene ambience..
