Perfect stay for few days!

This wonderful apartment has literally everything you need for a comfortable stay in Sliema. It is located a 2-minute walk from the sea and a public transport stop. Many different cafes and restaurants are nearby, and a grocery store (Lidl) with everything you need is nearby.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment! The space was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked with plenty of towels. The welcome basket was a nice touch and finding the key was super easy thanks to clear instructions. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always available for any questions or assistance. The neighborhood itself was lovely and peaceful, with the sea nearby, offering a great place for relaxing walks. While it’s not the closest location to Valetta (about a 30-minute bus ride), the bus station and a grocery market are just a few minutes away, making things convenient. The beds were fine, offering a decent night's sleep, though they could be a bit more comfortable. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again!

We were very satisfied with our stay and, if at all, can only complain about small things, such as a difficult access balcony door... the apartment is well cared for and has a great location... in a few minutes you can reach the nearby stone beach and great restaurants, as well as with a slightly longer walk to the shopping center or the town of Paceville! Otherwise, everyone is also easy to reach by Uber from there! Communication also worked great:) All in all, so highly recommend!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Patrick’s apartment. If you are looking for accommodation that is peaceful and away from the more populated areas then this place is great. It was very easy to get to from the airport, and also easy to get to most things in Malta. The hot tub does take some time to heat up because we were visiting during winter, but it was a nice touch. Patrick was very helpful, and gave us a lot of recommendations during our stay.

The apartment is impeccable and very functional. We just missed the curtains because we sleep in complete darkness. It's a pretty busy neighborhood, but just not far from everything. Several convenience stores within 500m and less than 10 minutes from the waterfront. Everything was there, washing machine, dryer, shower gel, shampoo,...

Me and my friends decided to spend our new year’s eve together and we came across this modern apartment. Robert was very helpful from the beginning and was always very responsive and understanding. He also provided a cot for the children and the place was exactly what we wanted. With one of the biggest common room and a lovely balcony looking over the amazing view. Very spacious bedrooms and clean bathrooms. It is exactly what we had in mind. Robert made our stay feel like home! We had a wonderful time, not to forget to mention the amazing view of fireworks that lit up the skies from different locations just opposite the front balcony. Thank you 🫶

We stayed here in Malsalforn for a week in October as we had arranged a diving holiday with a dive shop which turned out to be a 10 second walk away! The apartment is very close to the seafront - lots of cafes and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and as pictured in the advert. The kitchen had all the basics and was a good size if you're just using it for meals and sleeping and will be out during the day. There's no sofa to sit on if you're staying in but this was fine for us. Have to take the bin bags out on different days by 8am. Not a nice view from the balcony. We had good communication with clear instructions and some local recommendations too. Struggled to find parking at the apartment if we arrived in the evening. We had some noise from other local apartments a couple of nights and you could hear noise from the stairwell. Think you could only use lift to go down, not up, some more info on this would have been good rather than struggling up narrow stairs with bags.

A short, pleasant stroll to the centre of Valletta, we liked Vince's place - newly renovated in a characterful building. It had everything we needed. As we stayed at the weekend, we parked outside the front door for free. Vince was very responsive.

We had a wonderful 5 weeks at Alexis’s property. The place was close to everything. Place was spacious,nice and clean. It has everything we needed and Paul was always around when we need him. Will definitely stay again whenever we’re back in Malta.

This home was beyond our expectations! With beautiful and fun decor, plenty of kitchen dishes to utilize, and the character of this home was just perfect.

Eman truly is an amazing host. He’s super responsive and personally checked me in to make sure I had everything I needed. His place is well-equipped and I was especially grateful for the thick duvet given the cold weather and how homes are built for hot weather. The area was convenient for getting around the island and packed with character. There can be a lot of street noise so if you’re a light sleeper I’d recommend packing ear plugs!

Spacious apartment in a great location! 2mins from bus, shops, restaurants, and pharmacies. The apartment is right by the promenade so it was a 15mins walk to Sliema to shop or catch the ferry into Valletta. Juan was friendly, polite, and accommodating. The kettle stopped working and he replaced it right away. He even added a microwave since I was there for a long stay. The apartment itself is quite large, with lots of space. It had everything needed. One tiny con...the place was running a little low on basic toiletteries & cleaning supplies but i had my own so it wasn't a problem for me. Otherwise I had a good stay. The maltese balconies are a nice touch! Great host. Great apartment. Great location. Would definitely recommend 👍🏽

We really enjoyed spending a long weekend in this lovely little house. It is just perfect for a couple and it has been beautifully renovated. Though we are from Malta, it felt like a real holiday break as the house had everything we needed and was in a perfect central location. Wayne was very responsive, helpful and understanding before and throughout the stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Gozo.

It's the people of Malta that truly made an impact on us and Frank was no exception. When my wife had an asthma attack at our previous hotel because of the cleaning chemicals, Frank went in and sanitized everything with natural cleaners before we arrived. He gave us plenty of recommendations of where you go and what to eat. He treated us like family and was genuine and caring. We are planning a return visit and we wouldn't stay any other place than in Xlendi at Frank's place. He made such an impact on us. Thank you Frank from the bottom of our hearts. You are an incredible human being.

Cosy home, with kitchen utensils and cutlery suitable for cooking at home. Jonathan is very helpful.

The first I want to say BIG THANK YOU to Andrea - apartments just Perfect! Location is perfect to have the best holiday. You will have around where to swim, where to get sun tan, many nice restaurant to eat, to do shopping, enjoy the view. Everything in hand distance, also 2 metres and will have bus stop. Apartments by it self just 10 of 10 🤩🤩 Love Everything we had - hudge rooms, lots of space, air conditioner in each room, kitchen have more than everything, quite and private, comfortable bed in the bedroom, good smell in the rooms, and OMG what a view from terrace ❤️.... just incredible.... i could spend all my holidays only sitting in this terrace. 😃🙈😃 i can recommend this apartments to everyone, who want quality and comfortable stay. Just perfect 👍👍👍👍

We appreciated the use of a washer but we only needed to use the dryer once as there was a clothes rack available and with the hot weather in Gozo the clothes dried in a half day in the house on the rack. Also there were some cooking supplies available and other supplies stocked when we came which made it so much easier when we walked in the door that we didnt have to rush out to buy shopping right away after a long flight. We had a couple of little repairs that had to be done such as plugs for kitchen sink and told Clayton we replaced us and he immediately refunded us the cost which was very nice of him.

If we could give Mariella and Fabian 10 stars we would. The apartment was fabulous - spotlessly clean and with everything you could ask for, including an incredibly thoughtful welcome pack of essentials. Mariella was an outstanding host (the best we’ve ever had - and we’ve had quite a few!). Incredibly responsive to our requests and very proactive giving us suggestions of places to go and things to do and see. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Wholeheartedly recommend and we will be back!
