Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Nacogdoches County

This was our 35th straight year of The Tangler's tour. We have stayed in many different locations. We are an especially difficult and hard to please group. We are also very needy. Each of our requests were met with aplomb and the utmost in friendliness. Angela was accommodating with never the slightest hint of being bothered. I would recommend these accommodations to anyone in need of a comfortable and cozy weekend. 5 stars really aren't enough.

Second time coming and I’ll be back! Walkable to downtown Nac and the Fredonia with great restaurants, bars and the brewery. The park is next door with the Lanana Creek Trail start. Very friendly neighbors.

This place was adorable. The little signs everywhere made me laugh. The rooms were super cute and the view was beautiful and peaceful. The screening patio is perfect for morning coffee (though a bit cold this time around) and the large porch area would be great for good weather days. It was the perfect space for our needs and our fur babies enjoyed the big fenced in yard. If they were a bit smaller there are even dog doors they could have used! Will definitely be back when we come to visit family in the area. Thanks for creating and sharing this sweet space.

Great stay! Very roomy, comfortable, and the Christmas tree was a great touch! All new appliances and updated bathrooms and laundry area made for a great stay. We loved the spacious back patio area… We will definitely book again!

This house was perfect! We rented it for our family for Christmas and it was such a wonderful experience. We have 11 in our family (though two didn’t stay the night) and everyone was comfortable. The only room we didn’t use much was the formal sitting room, only because we didn’t want the kiddos on the nice furniture. The couch in the den was super comfortable to hang out on. The kitchen was well stocked. We brought some of our own things for Christmas dinner but it was mostly unnecessary. The kitchen is well stocked with Pyrex dishes, a food processor, and other things needed to cook for a large group. The double oven’s were perfect, though took some getting used to. Jim and Ashley were very communicative and so helpful. They decorated for Christmas and made us feel at home. The house is a 15 minute walk to downtown in one direction and 15 minute walk to SFA in the other direction. We felt quite safe walking to the brewery at night. The neighborhood is safe and well-lit.

The pink house is a comfortable home with close proximity to everything. The description says park on left of house, which is easy to find, however the left of house driveway leads to a parking lot for the apartments behind the house. Originally we were afraid to be blocking access, but then realized there is also a driveway to right of house which is apparently the access the apartments use. Anyway, no big deal, just something to note. As others have stated, the shower is HUGE! Ha, at first I was a bit unsure about the size and lack of a door/curtain, but as others have stated, it’s actually amazing! The layout of the home worked out so well for our family. Plenty of space for everything! I loved that I could unpack and use the dresser and closet (with hangers!!) to really settle in. We cooked in the kitchen and I was very pleased with most everything that was stocked. I would have loved to find a larger skillet, but we made do with the options there and truly enjoyed our stay☺️

Had a great time staying here, both Dawn and Carlos are great host some of the best ever! I’d recommend anyone to stay here at their Airbnb. My grandpa, cousin and myself had a great time and Carlos made sure we had everything we needed. Great people thanks for letting us stay!

Excellent property for larger families or someone looking to be surrounded by nature! Unique house with extra amenities like basketball, badminton, pickleball, swimming, and more. Great place to unwind and rejuvenate. Fantastic proximity to Lake Naconiche and Nacogdoches. The location relative to the city of Nacogdoches and Stephen F Austin is a huge plus. Definitely will seek this property out in the future when staying in the area.

Great place to stay! Peaceful and quiet, with comfortable beds, well stocked and clean kitchen, and a really relaxing outdoor space. Totally recommend it.

the house is expansive for large parties to accommodate everyone. the decor is cute & eclectic! huge fenced in yard for fur babies and in a safe neighborhood. the bed & bedding was comfortable. this house has everything you would need. I will definitely be back!

Loved this little getaway! Peaceful, quiet little places tucked away but still close to town! Greg and Cindy were wonderful hosts!

We were only there for 1 day so we were unable to enjoy the amenities. It was definitely worth the price. Coffee, juices, bottled water, bananas and muffins were available.

Great house. Good location if you have a student going to SFA or you have a family that needs room and a backyard for your pet. We will definitely be staying again.

The pictures don't do the home justice...above and beyond anything could have imagined. Enough space for Thanksgiving and the kids to run around safely outside. First experience and will book again! Latricia and Larry are exceptional hosts.

Beautiful location and comfortable house. Communication regarding check in and check out with Peggy was very easy!

The cabin was accurately described and worked great for our overnight stay before fishing on Sam Rayburn. Samantha communicated clearly with us the whole time.
