Unique lake plot and pool just 20 min from Stockholm C

Make new memories in this one-of-a-kind , luxurious, and family-friendly space. Our home craves a family that wants to enjoy a wonderful place all seasons with open and social spaces. Here you live with the best south facing position with sun all day , pool (summer) and jacuzzi (winter) , large lawn on the sea plot with access to jetty, trampoline, boat for fishing, kayaks, etc. Secluded but only 20 minutes from Stockholm C where you can easily get by bus just a few minutes from the house. Close to Tyresta Nature Reserve!

Cozy penthouse near the water!

A central yet peaceful location, with large windows and lovely views in three different directions offering plenty of natural light. The apartment has been recently renovated with high standard fixtures. The bathroom is stylish and also has a washing machine. One large queen bed plus a bunk bed means enough space for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A 5 minute walk to the subway and a 2 minute walk to the water where you can go swimming. Its in the middle of the city yet also in the nature!

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Stylish Scandinavian Apt. close to everything.

Stylish and beautiful apartment in SOFO, Sthlm's cosiest area, for the business traveller or a romantic weekend for a couple. Comfortable double bed and sofa bed and all the amenities for a nice stay. 10 min walk to Gamla stan. Bars, restaurants and shopping literally a stone's throw away in all directions. Even though we are in the hippest and most lively area in Sthlm, the apartment is located in a calm street so you easily escape from the noise around. Public transport 3 min walk away.

The lovely location in the middle of the nature with stunning sea views including cruise ships and sunrises. Welcome to chill out in our unique and quiet home. Here you enjoy lake views both in the garden and in the house. With only 100 meters to the nearest swimming jetty is a cooling bath, a ride with SUP or in the winter a skating trip the lake with a bath in our hot tube. A wonderful rural oasis 20 minutes from Stockholm city and 5 minutes to the Nordic region's best mall Täby Centrum-so when the city's pulse attracts, it is also easy to get to.
