This has been one of my favorite places to stay of my times using AirBnB! The location was perfect for me as it was pretty quiet and an easy walk to the train. Lotta reached out to make sure I had everything I needed and was incredibly hospitable! She was also very helpful when a friend of mine came by for a night and made sure he had everything he needed. The place is small, but it was perfect for me for a week. The cabin was very comfortable, and Lotta made sure that the heat was high enough for me on the cold nights. Overall, I will definitely return to this place in the future if I swing by Stockholm again!

I always love staying on Tranholmen. It is a beautiful and extremely safe island with friendly people. It feels rural, no cars drive there and you often see wild deer. Willow and her family were lovely and always near by if we had any questions. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

We can only agree with the many other positive reviews. The cottage is really nice and very clean. There are many outdoor seating areas. Shops are very easy to reach (Rindö center can be reached by bike within 5 minutes, or the larger supermarket (coop) on Vaxholm, by free ferry). The air is wonderful, the surroundings green, you have a direct view of the sea from the living room. The large bed is ultra cozy, we liked to use the oven next to it. Kayaks, bikes and a rowing boat are available. Taking the rowing boat to the sauna boat and sauna there is an experience. We were very pleased that we were spared from mosquitoes. It was different. In any case, it is advisable to bring anti-mosquito spray or the like. Annika and Christopher were very polite and friendly, we felt very comfortable.

Small house at the back of the garden on the island of Resaro. The accommodation is small but very comfortable and well-equipped. Walks on the surrounding islands are easily doable. Thank you Linda and Henrik

This is my first time in an Airb&b and it was a fantastic! The place was great and located in a peaceful neighborhood. Both Kristina and Nima were friendly and I felt right at home. When I visit Sweden again, I will definitely want to book this place. Tack så mycket!

We had a great time at the property. It's very quiet in a beautiful location, you can relax well. The house is new and very cozy. Katerina was very easy to reach for questions and helped directly.

Katarina and her husband were lovely hosts, greeting us personally upon arrival (as they live close by). The Airbnb is perfect for some cozy time and includes everything one needs - even candles and a table tennis table. Supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops are nearby.

Great stay just outside Stockholm! The house was clean and comfortable. The peaceful location was perfect, allowing easy access to the city by car or public transport.

Patrik’s house was lovely and Tranholmen is idyllic. The house was immaculate with excellent kitchen resources and good amenities. Patrik and Mona made sure there was a cot and a high chair and stair gates where needed (with supervision). The outside space was lovely. It was great to meet their lovely dog. They were lovely hosts and we would highly recommend it, we could have stayed for months!

The location is very quiet and peaceful, and there are lots of thoughtful details that made the home itself very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house with wonderful view, very quiet.

Anders and Emma have made a charming and functional small home available for visitors to Stockholm and surrounding areas. The home is conveniently located near bus stops (which can take you to either downtown Tyreso or north up to Stockholm), several grocery stores, and a couple of good restaurants. The neighborhood is also beautifully green and rather quiet and peaceful. The home also has a number of useful amenities and features including a washing machine, small fridge, stove top, large screen tv with set top box, and heated flooring. I had a great stay here for about a month and would not hesitate to return. Thanks, Anders and Emma!

Joakim and Camilla were kind hosts. We were warmly welcomed at check-in. Joakim helped us carry the suitcases into our place and showed us around. The house is directly on the lake and offers a fantastic view in a quiet location. The hot tub allows you to relax superbly. The house was super equipped. When something was missing, the hosts provided us with it. The car is safe due to the private parking. Due to ongoing construction, the path from the parking lot to the property is a bit difficult. However, you can enjoy the tranquility at the lake. The price of the listing could include cleaning the property. Overall, we would recommend the accommodation.

Great place and host

The cabin was a great find, especially for the price. It’s a peaceful spot with a nice view, perfect for a quiet getaway. The place was simple but comfortable, meeting our basic needs. The fact that you can be in Stockholms city-center in under 40min enabled a versatile trip for us to experience not only the city of Stockholm but also the rural sweden. The hosts were very friendly and gave us helpful tips for things to do nearby. Overall, a great stay for the budget-conscious traveler!

We had a really nice stay in the apartment. The apartment is very nice and the surroundings with the lake are beautiful. The sauna is amazing in the winter. You can reach it very easily by Public transport from Stockholm. Everything is as described.

The cottage of Ann & Max is marvellous, well-equipped and nicely decorated. The biggest plus is the location right at the lake. We went for a swim every morning and relaxed on the terrace with the view across the lake. It is easy to get into Stockholm with the bus, just 20 minutes. Ann & Max are very attentive. They left lots of drinks and snacks for us. We had eggs from their chickens and fresh food. At the same time, it was totally private. Absolutely recommended.
