We had a great stay! Tania was very helpful with everything (scooter, transfer etc.). The apartment was as expected end well equipped. We would recommend to check out the Ban Tai beach nearby!

We had the pleasure of staying 7 days during Xmas 2024. The place was excellent and roomy enough for 11 people. Relaxing atmosphere in a private location. Host Tone was very helpful. Alan helped us to organize a chef for barbecue one night and Thai cousin another night. Fantastic food. The IBeach restaurant close by is also a nice place to go for food and a drink. We used the Grab app to order transportation for grocery shopping and beaches nearby. We can highly recommended this place!

Fabulous location, peaceful and quiet, close to a lot of very good restaurants. The house could benefit from a little TLC, but comfy and cosy. Perfect spot for a relaxing holiday.

Wonderful little Airbnb hidden away from the hustle & bustle. Lots of great cafes and restaurants within walkable distance. Airbnb has unique charm!

Super great location, super accommodation. the beach is right outside the door. great large kitchen with everything you need ( in the fridge there was direct water, juices, coffee ready for us) . Requests were answered quickly. Overall, all expectations were met. The place is definitely recommended.

Francois was a great host. He always helped out when we had some questions and he showed us a lot of hospitality. We were very happy with our stay and Francois was very professional and kind!

Wow this place is amazing, having a swim up pool was incredible and such good value of money, so many little extras and lots of space, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a 4 night stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The villa was pleasant and very spacious and clean, slightly older style as expected from photos, wonderful outlook of the pool and sea, the gardens were beautiful. We liked the slightly quieter area than other parts of Samui but there was still plenty of local facilities and restaurants within walking distance. Hired scooters too which was a great way to get around the island. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. Great value for money. Would thoroughly recommend. We will be back!

We had a great stay, Tan was extremely helpful and proactive throughout, the view was even better than the pictures and the home was peaceful and spotless. Just trust Tan and let her book your cab to the property, car, bike and other experiences, she is proactive and wants to give you the best experience!!

We spent a fantastic 10 days with 4 adults. Tony responded to every request from us. From organizing the massages to the diving excursions. There remained nothing to be desired.

Definitely exceeded our family’s expectations. Very warm welcome,breathtaking vista on entering the villa. Very private bedrooms /bathrooms with luxurious bed linen etc. Amazing in-house dining ,hotel quality cooking and presentation from the ever smiling Joy and Za. We hope its au revoir rather than goodbye !!

Wonderful place, easy to get around the island on moped, Chris caretaker and the cleaner were helpful and available for information, advice and guidance. We really did not want to leave. Thank you all

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable and the view of the sea all day long from every room was spectacular. It was quiet and peaceful and we got some much needed rest and relaxation after a busy week in Phuket. Manfred was an amazing host. He welcomed us at check in, maintained regular communication to ensure that all was going well with our stay and gave us great recommendations of local spots to visit. We rented an SUV throughout our stay which gave us the flexibility to explore Samui and come and go as we pleased. We loved our stay at this villa and would definitely return if we ever visit Koh Samui again! A big thank you to Manfred for your hospitality!

We had a perfect stay. The place was nice and clean and as described. We really loved the garden and the beach behind the villa felt like it was private to our own. I will stay here again if I come to Koh Samui next time.

Our group of 7 had an incredible 3 nights at this villa. - The villa has a manager, a worker, a gardener who takes care of us and they will leave from 9 am until the end of our dinner.And the gardener will live in another house at the door of the villa.An arrangement like this can't be beat.I would give the manager Meow, a 100, went above and beyond to what we looked after and was super responsive when we didn't check in.Before we came to the villa, already as we needed, bought the drinks we asked for, food and fruits. - They offer more payment chef services and can arrange for breakfast, lunch and dinner.The chef's produce is arguably the best Thai food we have ever had.After we had our first dinner, we decided to give them every meal to make arrangements.Among them, a sunset BBQ was arranged. - The villa is nicer than the photos - There is a beautiful sunset view - Each room has plenty of space, there are three rooms with their own wet and dry bathrooms, and both outside have their own bathroom.The sixth one wasn't in use, so didn't know. - The pool is big and we can really go for a swim instead of playing with the water. - The sandy beach is beautiful and can go out directly from the villa garden.The sand is thin and the water is clean and clean.They also provide canoes. - The door-to-door Thai massage that the manager arranged for us was also top-notch. - The sandy beach is like a stand alone sand beach, but there will also be other users who put their dogs, and when people meet them, try not to get close to these dogs. - We had other activities arranged but once we got to the villa we cancelled other activities and arranged to stay here all day. - There is a daily cleaning service. - There is no extra charge for electricity. - They have been refurbishing some of the facilities more recently and are looking forward to it. I can't wait to introduce the other friends this villa has given to me.This trip to Samui was wonderful because of this accommodation.Thank you for all their staff.Will definitely stay again next time in Samui.

My husband and I stayed at Villa U for 2 weeks, we are so glad we did. From the moment of arrival, we were well taken care of! The staff were incredible! Nathan came to greet us and was a message away. He organized all of our tours for us as well as our in-villa services. Mister Joe and Miss Kem were our in-villa staff. Miss Kem is an incredible chef who made us excellent meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)! They both took care of all of our needs and kept the villa clean. They were both very polite and professional! The villa itself was breathtaking. It was well designed with themed decor. It’s on the sunset side of the island where we enjoyed stunning views every evening. I recommend this villa to anyone. 10/10 stay!

Great place with a 1 million dollar deal. We were 3 generations and we were spoiled by the house staff and had a great time. Christophe is super responsive and a perfect host.
