The service of the staff is amazing and the view is second to none. The home feels like a resort and was more than plenty of space to host our family. Do note that the property is on a steep hill (which is why the view is amazing) that it's not easy to get around and even catching taxi was a bit difficult.

We had a great stay! Tania was very helpful with everything (scooter, transfer etc.). The apartment was as expected end well equipped. We would recommend to check out the Ban Tai beach nearby!

We had the pleasure of staying 7 days during Xmas 2024. The place was excellent and roomy enough for 11 people. Relaxing atmosphere in a private location. Host Tone was very helpful. Alan helped us to organize a chef for barbecue one night and Thai cousin another night. Fantastic food. The IBeach restaurant close by is also a nice place to go for food and a drink. We used the Grab app to order transportation for grocery shopping and beaches nearby. We can highly recommended this place!

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

I felt comfortable in the accommodation from the first moment and found it even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is fantastic, very quiet atmosphere and yet you are in the center within a minute with lots of restaurants and shopping. In addition, the beach is super close and also very quiet, not crowded at all. Communication was also great. I was sad when I had to leave the beautiful tiny house as it felt like a home away from home:)

Super great location, super accommodation. the beach is right outside the door. great large kitchen with everything you need ( in the fridge there was direct water, juices, coffee ready for us) . Requests were answered quickly. Overall, all expectations were met. The place is definitely recommended.

If you’re planning to party with friends then this place is the spot for you. Right in the mix of things but music next door is extremely loud most nights (although the bedrooms are well soundproofed). Only other issue was people walking up into the house because they thought it was a bar or hostel. That happened 3 times which was kind of uncomfortable. Would be nice if there was a sign or something to make it clear that the house is a private accommodation. The place was very clean, management was responsive and everything else was as described so all in all we really had a great stay. Thanks for having us!

Was an absolutely beautiful villa with 4 floors. The complex was lovely with everyone being very respectful. Location was perfect as was 5 minutes to fisherman’s village and many beach clubs around. Loved it so much we wanted to extend but unfortunately they were full booked. Would stay again!

Exactly as described. Ian and Janette were great, welcoming hosts who live onsite so always available if needed. Quiet location, not busy but close enough taxi ride to everything you want.

What an amazing home, in a beautiful quiet area. It is practically on the beach, if you walk to the right over the stones It takes you to another beach which is my favourite in Koh Samui. The house has everything, even a juicier! Its big, clean & the upstairs balcony is a lovely place to relax. The hosts were really good too. If I could give 10 stars I would. Don't hesitate to book this, if you are looking for a peaceful place.

The best experience ever!! We could not speak more highly of our incredible stay. Pannipa and Markus are the most welcoming, friendly hosts who go above and beyond. The villa is absolutely outstanding, the photos don’t do justice to how truly beautiful the view and whole villa actually is! If you are looking for a tranquil, relaxing place to stay you cannot find a better place. We loved our stay and the whole experience, the memories we created are priceless. We recommend everyone should stay here, you will not be disappointed - if we could give 10 stars we would! We hope to visit again in the future as we loved it so much!!

Definitely exceeded our family’s expectations. Very warm welcome,breathtaking vista on entering the villa. Very private bedrooms /bathrooms with luxurious bed linen etc. Amazing in-house dining ,hotel quality cooking and presentation from the ever smiling Joy and Za. We hope its au revoir rather than goodbye !!

Wonderful place, easy to get around the island on moped, Chris caretaker and the cleaner were helpful and available for information, advice and guidance. We really did not want to leave. Thank you all

For once the villa was exactly as described on the site. Right on a lovely, sandy, small, quiet beach. The village with restaurants etc only a short walk away with only a small part along the road. Anew bar is being built now at the end of the bay. The lady who looks after and cleans the villa is wonderful and cooked us a delicious Thai Christmas dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing property. The onsite property manager and her team were also outstanding and took great care of us.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings. The villa itself is beautifully designed—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Large glass windows allow for unobstructed panoramic views of the sea, making every moment feel like a scene from a postcard. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the ocean was an unforgettable experience, and the evening sunsets were absolutely mesmerizing. The outdoor area is just as impressive. The infinity pool overlooking the coastline was my favorite spot to unwind, and the lush greenery surrounding the villa added to the sense of tranquility. Peaceful and quiet Airbnb tucked away off the main road. It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok before leaving koh samui to koh Tao. We actually wish we had booked a couple more days because we liked it so much. The airbnb looks just like the photos. It is a little far from USM airport but no problem w taxi from airport. Had a great stay and host was very communicative

We all had 10 - 4 adults and 6 children a wonderful experience in the lovely villa. The location of the house is eminent. Right down to a beach with the most beautiful sunset. The hosts Tony and Pawn took great care of us. On our last night, they set up an amazing dinner for us and were of great help when we asked.

Great place with a 1 million dollar deal. We were 3 generations and we were spoiled by the house staff and had a great time. Christophe is super responsive and a perfect host.

It's just a fantastic house on the beach. We have had many houses and hotels in Koh Samui and everything is right here. The landlady is great and always on hand if anything comes up. You don't have excessive service or always someone in the house. everything is very clean and nicely decorated. The beach is super flat and at low tide you can walk extremely far which is great for children. It is the sunset side which is an absolute dream. And there are nearby within walking distance and also with a short drive really great restaurants that we visited every year. So we were there with the family, with two small children (1.5 & 5.5 years) and just had an extremely good time and felt at home in four weeks. We already had houses where there was always a service person on site and this is sometimes exhausting and usually unnecessary. We would come back any time!! kaaaa
