Very pleasant place! We stayed for couple of days. The house was clean and well-maintained. It also conveniently located, close to the beach. Tania was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the helpfulness, Tania provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and scooter rental services. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

We had the pleasure of staying 7 days during Xmas 2024. The place was excellent and roomy enough for 11 people. Relaxing atmosphere in a private location. Host Tone was very helpful. Alan helped us to organize a chef for barbecue one night and Thai cousin another night. Fantastic food. The IBeach restaurant close by is also a nice place to go for food and a drink. We used the Grab app to order transportation for grocery shopping and beaches nearby. We can highly recommended this place!

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

We loved our stay here! The place is beautiful and the bed is super comfy. Lovely area with the beach just across the road. Everyone we met were very friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate an early check-in and bag storage. Would highly recommend!!

Super great location, super accommodation. the beach is right outside the door. great large kitchen with everything you need ( in the fridge there was direct water, juices, coffee ready for us) . Requests were answered quickly. Overall, all expectations were met. The place is definitely recommended.

It’s a great place to stay right on the beach, if you’re luckier than us with the weather, you’re gonna have a great time! Obviously of note, just as other reviewers mention, the cafe next door does indeed play music all day long until ~1am or so every day, however all the bedrooms are on another side very much away from the noise. Didn’t hear a thing when sleeping! The first floor is unusual - it’s completely open and stays open like that, as there’s no door on the beach side. However, that’s not a problem as the beach is super safe and we had fun just lounging in that area after a long day of exploring. Hosts were extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and scooter rentals. All in all, this is probably a place suited for the younger crowd, so definitely go ahead, book it and have fun!

We really enjoyed the stay here very much. The location is also fantastic, right on the beach. You can hear the nearby road a little, but it didn't bother us. There are many things to do in the surrounding area. We also got some good tips on things to do from the host. Through the host, there is also the possibility to rent a scooter cheaply. We would come back.

Was an absolutely beautiful villa with 4 floors. The complex was lovely with everyone being very respectful. Location was perfect as was 5 minutes to fisherman’s village and many beach clubs around. Loved it so much we wanted to extend but unfortunately they were full booked. Would stay again!

Mandred was an excellent host!! He took care of all our needs arranging transportation to and from the airport helped with baggage in and out of house . Recommendations for places to eat and any other questions we had. The house is amazing very beautiful and great views!! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful time in this house, where we spent 16 nights as a family of five with a small child. We really didn't miss anything - the house is well maintained, spacious and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the great swimming pool, the stunning view and the heavenly tranquility this place offers. lan and Jeanette, the house managers, welcomed us incredibly warmly and were available to us as contact persons throughout the entire stay. If anything was the matter, they took care of it immediately and with great warmth - that was really extraordinary. We highly recommend this place and are very happy to think back to the wonderful time. Thank you for everything!

chittraporn and her husband and lovely generous people. She responds immediately to all questions. They are very interested their guests. the house is located in a quite area with a lovely pool. the beach area is small and to access a longer beach it's only 5 mins away on a scooter. For a long stay I would recommend having your own transport as the restaurants in walking distance are only a few. Also the supermarkets are a good 20; min walk.we organised our scooter hire via Chittraporn and it was great delivery amd price. highly recommend this home.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with numerous helpful tips, assisting us with everything from transport to restaurant recommendations. She was very kind and attentive. The place was spotless, in a beautiful location, and the view was simply stunning.

Jeff’s place was very spacious and he was very quick to respond with any questions. The distance was about a kilometre and a half to the major shops and restaurants and easy walking. The indoor pool was great on those hot days. The apartment lends itself to both short and long term stays. My wife and I stayed there for 50 days (February - March 2025) and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Thanks Jeff.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that looked like it came straight out of a postcard. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a stocked kitchen to cozy lounge areas perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustle of palm trees, followed by breakfast with a view of the ocean, was truly unforgettable. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive from local restaurants, markets, and beaches. Whether we wanted to unwind or head out for some island adventure, everything was within reach. This home made our Koh Samui trip incredibly special. We left feeling relaxed. We'll be back

This was a beautiful place with basically a private beach and the most gorgeous sunset views you ever did see. The host was responsive, and check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommend this place.

We all had 10 - 4 adults and 6 children a wonderful experience in the lovely villa. The location of the house is eminent. Right down to a beach with the most beautiful sunset. The hosts Tony and Pawn took great care of us. On our last night, they set up an amazing dinner for us and were of great help when we asked.

Beautiful place, beautiful house with sea view pool. Attention, work next door. No noise during our 6-day stay, but a black tarpaulin by the pool to cut off the view of the construction site by 3 meters high which, of course, is not mentioned on the listing. On foot, 3-4 restaurants, 10 minutes by taxi from Nathon, 35 min from Fisherman village. Miss Fon, the host is adorable, good advice and always available.

Naluemon was the greatest host I ever met. She made sure we felt at home and immediately helped us to find a scooter and drive us on her car. She made us felt like a family. Thank you and we appreciate it so much!!
