Princy was responsive on the chat and accommodated an early check-in request. The place was clean, stocked with basic amenities in the rooms and kitchen. Everything went smooth for us from check in to check out.

The place is absolutely beautiful. There are so many elements in the property like multiple seating areas, ponds, barbecue place, that add to the experience. We stayed here with our 4 doggos and they had a lot of space to run and play around in the property. They had the best time! The help and her daughter who maintain the property are very sweet and ensured the rooms and kitchen were clean and they really did a great job. Regional breakfast like idli, appam and all was provided and it was good. They only speak Malyalam but we could still manage to understand some bits :D. The host is very proactive and responsive. She made sure we had everything that we needed. Will visit again ❤️

Great place, very serene and secluded. Lots of thing to do at the airbnb it self and also in close proximity. Both the caretaker and the chef were amazing people and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely going to visit again!

I stayed here for 4 days, and it was a wonderful experience! The host Mr Ben was extremely helpful and treated us like family, making us feel so cared for, also surroundings were very peaceful, perfect for relaxing….everything was clean, calm, and pleasant….I highly recommend this place✨🤝

The place is really good for a weekend getaway. Its clean and well maintained property. The host is very understanding and provided all amenities including bonfire which was a great experience for all of us.

We booked it for our friend's b'day the stay provided us an amazing night. The house keepers was really helpful and helped us with cooking bbq and setting up the fire and the provided us with great breakfast has well. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely cottage...we will definitely visit again.

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

The place is exactly as mentioned in the pictures. The place and the people give you enough space to feel comfortable and explore. We were a group of 13 and we never had to think/ask twice about anything. Everything was taken care of at all times.

This was a beautiful place to stay, the caretaker Santosh was really responsible and helpful, assisted us with anything required, great cook that they have and they will provide some snacks if asked. dinner and breakfast was really good, these are paid meals but worth the price

We went for New Year Celebration with family and we really enjoyed it. The place is in mid of lush green forest, beside river. The plantation add a charm to it. Well managed, open spaces, private villas, full of amenities are some points to highlight. The host and the support staff was very helpful and supportive. Definitely a recommended place for relaxation and enjoyment.

We had a wonderful stay at StayVista at Ava - The Country House! The villa is absolutely stunning — clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by serene, beautiful greenery. Every corner of the property reflects attention to detail and care, making it a perfect getaway spot. A special shoutout to Somanna, the caretaker, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. From helping us settle in to taking care of our needs with a warm and friendly attitude, he truly made our experience even better. The stay is "Gorgeousssssss". Stay is better than the photos. The staff co-ordinated everything and supported with all our queries and instructions were super clear. The on ground staff at the stay were super humble and prepared amazing, fresh, really tasty home made meals for us. Swimming pool was very clean. We had gone as a group of 7 and it was one of the best places for friends time. Will definitely go back there. The property is something out of the world, amidst the tea plantations. We have zero complaints, or suggestions for improvement. The house is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. I have to double emphasize about the food and staff. The place is absolutely amazing but the experience becomes holistic due to the sweet staff and the amazing food that was got served.

Great stay for a group of 10-12 people. Super service by Karan and team throughout. Food was great as well. The rooms are uniquely designed, spacious and comfortable. Overall we were super happy with the stay and would strongly recommend for office outings or family / friend gatherings.

We had an amazing stay at the property. The villa is well maintained and the care taker Mr Raju is very prompt with any request. Swiggy and Zomato deliver here, so food won’t be an issue. Special mention and thanks to Mr. Chandan, who is a very gracious host and took care of everything. Definitely recommend, perfect for a group of 4-5
