We love everything about this home away from home. Great for kids and dog. Inside has everything you need and as a big dog owner, the secure back yard is great. We’ll be back (again).

Couldn’t have been a more perfect stay! The house is amazingly positioned above the beach, and well fitted out. There is lots of living space and verandah, with a beautiful view and abundant natural light - we had quite a bit of rain during our stay but these features holiday-proofed the house against the rain - makes me want to come back mid winter! Robert couldn’t have been more helpful in finding dates that worked for my family, and the attention to small details for creature comforts in the house was obvious - a truly great stay!

Long Point House in Merimbula was the perfect coastal stay. The house is as described and full of the long history of a well loved, family beach house. It has been designed to be lived in - and whole heartedly so! It is the opposite of slick and polished. It feels like a place to holiday and relax, the different spaces offering lots of way to do so. It was clean, well equipped and with all of the contemporary ammenities we are all accustomed to. The location is amazing. Located on the Merimbula peninsula, a few minutes by car from town, it is very quiet. The sound of the ocean at night really the only ambient noise. The two closest beaches, Middle beach and Bay Beach, are both an easy walk and offer very different swimming experiences. Pamela's recommendations for local beaches, walks and food/produce were spot on. The area is home to some of the country's best seafood - oysters in particular - but fish and other shellfish too. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach shack with our four year old, our six year old, and our pooch. “Shack” is the right description- this place is petite, for sure - but it’s super charming. Highlights were the gorgeous welcome hamper waiting for us on arrival, together with generous necessities in the fridge; the abundance of fun gear and equipment (canoe, stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel gear, loads of ball games, books…); the outdoor fire pit and big green lawn by the beach; the sweet little sheltered bay the cottage is on; and just the overall cosy retro vibe. We made great memories playing soccer on the grass, toasting marshmallows virtually on the beach, and sleeping to the sound of lapping waves. The area had a really nice vibe too - low key, peaceful people, with a good coffee shop within walking distance.

We had a lovely stay at the beach cottage. It is very cosy and relaxing and the host takes extra care to make her guests feel at home. We hope to return.

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Kaylyn's place - the house is fantastic, such a beautiful location and perfectly set up for our group. We especially appreciated having a well set up kitchen (and proper coffee machine!) and the amazing sound system! Kaylyn was a fab host and communication was great every step of the way. We'll be back!

A beautiful week with family in a family holiday house. Just perfect for two little boys discovering the joy of swimming as many times a day as they wanted to. Both learnt to boogie board and to play ping pong and pool. A kitchen good enough for their parents, both chefs, to enjoy cooking all our meals and always, the trees and sea around us. Jason’s apartment is very clean and tidy. Close to all amenities. We especially love the view of the lake and the enjoyable walk at the broad walk nearby the property. The clean swimming pools and the tennis court were great! We’d love to return again in the future!

Great responsive hosts.Clean bright and airy unit with great outlook.Very quite.Perhaps a few more steps up to unit than expected but the outlook compensated for this slight inconvenience.Walk to beach and club and only short drive up the hill to excellent pub.

Perfect accomodation for a girls relaxation getaway! The unit was well laid out, spacious & had everything that was needed. Great location to the beach and not too far for a walk to the town centre. We will be back again!

We had an amazing time at Rowena's place. The house is stunning and the pictures listed do not do it justice. It is definitely even better in real life. The kids had so much fun in the pool and for the parents it was such a dream to have the beach only a few steps away. Our bedding was so comfortable and luxurious and the house had everything we needed and more. The location of the house and surroundings truly is a little piece of heaven with stunning views of the Tollgate islands. We loved hearing the sounds of crashing waves every night as we fell asleep and taking walks along the beach early in the morning. I can not recommend Rowena's place enough. Rowena was always lovely, helpful and quickly reaponded to any of my messages. We loved our time at Rowena's and are very grateful we found it.

Such an amazing location. Bright, clean and very spacious! The perfect space for a family to spend time together! Sandra was very friendly and great at communicating. 100% recommend!

We had a lovely three night stay at Sandy Bottom. It was comfortable, roomy and extremely well located. Broulee is a beautiful location and Ian's place is extremely well placed with a very short walk to one of the beaches and walking distance to the small local shops. His guest book was very informative on local attractions and resources. The roomy front and back verandahs add an extra touch for relaxing at the beginning or end of the day. I would recommend Sandy Bottom as a relaxed and comfortable place to absorb beach culture and unwind.

A wonderful, spacious, well stocked home that was perfect for our group of two families (4A, 5C). Super close to the beautiful creek and beach, which is perfect for families. Self contained upstairs and downstairs gave some privacy for each family while still feeling like we were all together. Peaceful garden setting backing onto the creek (bonus; kayaks provided and it's very easy to kayak from the house to the creek by the beach). Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Quality inclusions throughout, which were just right - good quality but not so fancy that you have to worry the kids will break something priceless! No air conditioning and linen, but this helps keep it affordable. Driveway is steep and requires some skill to navigate as there are three driveways together and neighbours have asked that guests don't use their driveways to turn around. This was ok for us but if you were towing a trailer or not confident reversing it would be difficult. Would love to stay again!

Very beautiful place, felt right at home, Liza was very responsive and very friendly. I definitely will be staying here again and again. Really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful place right at the beach. Very peaceful and quiet. We absolutely loved our time here and great with kids.

We loved staying at Lynne’s house with our two teenagers. The location is superb with a gorgeous beach 8 minutes walk from the house and a generous deck overlooking the water for outdoor dining and reading. The rooms are really generous and comfortable, heaps of room for relaxing. So many great beaches to explore in this area and only a 15 minute drive to Batemans bay for groceries. Highly recommended for a relaxing, super low key beach holiday.

This place is amazing. Easy to find and exactly what was advertised and more! We had 2 teenagers who were entertained by the water out the back and the bike track out the front. The house was big enough for us all, the garage allowed easy access for the kids to get and store their bikes and water floats. The kids would fish in low tide and float in the water on high tide while I enjoyed the lounge on the back veranda. This place is the perfect family retreat. Thank you!

Libby's place is amazing and we had a great time. The unit is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Libby communicated really well and ensured we had everything we needed whilst still respecting our privacy and space. The location is great and so easy access to many beaches and nature walks. The view from the deck is stunning and so relaxing. Overall we had an amazing stay and would love to return in the future.
