Quiet neighborhood. Close to train station and shops. The apartment is very clean and well-decorated. There was nothing missing. I recommend it.

A great apartment. Clean, spacious. A comfortable bathroom with good water pressure in the shower, a practical kitchen, a small balcony and a parking space on which I was able to park a van (Vito long). Small downside, it's an Airbnb apartment, so it's still missing little things: an oven but no oven dish, no whisk in the kitchen, no coffee machine. But you can do without it for a short time.

Our extended stay at Nico's listing was fabulous. The apartment is a great set up for any stay but was absolutely perfect for our extended trip. I was able to cook frequently with the well equipped kitchen and work at the nice desk set up. We really enjoyed the projector set up for watching movies/tv shows, and the apartment is located so close to everything you could possibly need in the city. Lastly, Nico was a great host-- always very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any of our needs. We adored our stay in Poznan and look forward to visiting again in the future!

We were a group of four: 2 adults, 1 eight year old, and a large dog. We had lots of space and despite the city location with a tram rolling by, the place offers quiet sleeping. The neighbours in the apartment building were also quiet. I enjoyed the espresso machine and nearby green spaces to walk our hound. Playgrounds were also close by on the way to the old town. Great restaurants too!

Great apartment in Poznan if you travel by car. It has an underground garage and the apartment is dog friendly. The apartment is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. We felt at home. We can recommend this place. The only thing we did not like so much is that there is only a 4 digit number lock on the door. This does not really make you feel safe when you leave your stuff in the apartment and visit the city. It would be great to have an extra key to lock the door, at least during the stay.

10/10 location the room/studio is small but it's perfect and very cozy for 1 person, maybe it's too small for 2 people the location is perfect and the room is very well equipped the communication with the host was great too the only downside is that there is not kitchen hood, so I don't recommend cooking a lot in the room, specially meat, fish or stuff like that...

We had a great stay, the host was very friendly and helped us to get closer to Poznan since bus did not run often . Nice apartment in a friendly area. Nice and clean and good beds.

Very nice flat in a nice neighbourhood (close to the center but calm and quiet). Supermarket and tram stop is around the corner. Bonus points for accommodating our family of 6 on standard beds (most listings have “beds for 4 + convertible sofa”). Overall highly recommended.

The best airbnb in Poznan!!!

I had a great stay at this flat in Poznań! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook a few meals. It's in a quiet neighborhood but still just a minute walk from the Old Town, restaurants, and public transport. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth and easy. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Poznań!

The host was responsive, kind and helpful, we felt we can turn to her with any questions. The apartment was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable with good mattress. (This was often a problem at other places.) The apartment has all the equipment people usually need. Close to the flat there are nice parks (advantage if somebody is travelling with a dog), also there is a tram line easily accessible by walk. If we come back to Poznan, we will stay here again, if we can.

Marek is very responsive and has a clear instruction about check in. The apartment is incredible. It has anything we need, and meanwhile we feel so cozy staying in the living room. We do enjoy our stay. I extremely recommend Marek!

Great place, really worth the price:) Clean, tidy, will delight the eye of any person who appreciates architectural gems:) Małgorzata is a very warm and friendly person, she waited for us and showed us around the complex at check-in despite the late hour, for which I was very grateful to my guest 🫶 The neighborhood is very quiet, closed, with lots of charming restaurants around, and the free pool is an absolute must-visit! Recommended:)

The room was perfect and just as described. The place was very clean and the apartment was very close to the center which was perfect to visit. The communication with Allix was perfect, he is very nice (let us leave our bags at the place even before check in time which was very convenient) and answers very fast. I highly recommend :)

Great apartment, very good location, well-equipped. All amenities included, easy to access. The host is very communicative, quickly responds to all messages and dispels doubts. I recommend it to anyone who wants a bit of luxury.
