Great place in a nice quiet neighborhood

Such a fantastic place. Great location with an easy drive into the city if we wanted! Kids and dogs were happy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a great Thanksgiving meal!

Great place to stay. Quiet and not that far away from downtown. Google Maps was a little off and we arrived at dark with a lot of traffic behind us so we couldn't slow down much, but it was easy to get to once found. Comfortable place!

Very comfortable place to stay. Able to accommodate larger groups of people. Very nice that it has 3 bathrooms, two of which are attached to bedrooms, which was nice for privacy. We felt at home during our visit. Rand was accommodating with our schedule and responsive with communication. It was very clean, had clear labels on light switches and other necessary things. 10/10 would stay here again.

Location was great. Close to downtown. Close to Vanderbilt. Comfortable and spacious. Owners were prompt with responses to questions.

This house is so well done, beautiful furnishings and great location to the Miller Arena! It was a wonderful trip!

Darlene’s house was very cozy and comfortable. The large living room and kitchen was great for the gathering we had for 6 people. We made food and played board games and enjoyed a football game. We also took a nice walk of 3 miles around the neighborhood. We would stay here again next time we come for the state tennis tournament

Such a great stay! Lots of room, clean and tidy and gorgeously decorated. Great location—we went to a concert at Bridgestone and had a 10 minute Uber to get there, plus lots of great food and drink spots right in the neighborhood.

Michelle’s place is only 20 minutes from Franklin, TN. The drive into town is beautiful. It was very reasonably quiet considering it is a basement apartment with the family upstairs. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and me especially since I travel with a piece of exercise equipment (a Cellerciser) and was able to work out each morning. A great bonus for me! The bed was comfortable and the space very clean. Michelle was very responsive when I communicated with her. We would stay here again.

Small but great airbnb in Music Row, a cute and safe area right by Vanderbilt. We love the theme!

Had an amazing stay here just a 10 min drive from Nashville. The space is nice and cozy with you everything you need to be comfortable staying. I loved having a fridge to use and the sink was great too. The bed was comfy and shower water so warm. Would definitely be back to stay again (:

Fantastic place! The house is spacious, charming, and well-maintained. The living room has comfortable couches, the bedrooms are roomy with comfortable beds, and the dining area is spacious. The bathroom was spotless. Truly a rare find! The furniture and decor were cute and neatly arranged, adding to the homey feel. Parking instructions were clear, and there were plenty of parking space. Communication with the owners was friendly and prompt. The location was perfect for us as we had a concert nearby, and it’s also a short drive to the downtown Nashville. Plenty of great restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this place so much, it’s in a good area and nearby to many things. We took an uber to Bridgestone Arena with no problems. The space was very comfortable and the host was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again, we were just in town for a concert and this was perfect.

Amy & Jarrod’s place was perfect for my family and I. Traveling across the country we wanted to experience Nashville, and this place was it. Centrally located within walking distance to Broadway, we did it all. Sites, restaurants, horse carriage rides, it was so fun. The apartment had everything we needed to make our time an awesome one. We loved this cozy and clean stay! Walkable to fun local restaurants like Buds and Brews for weekend brunch. Beautiful sunrises over the river while sipping coffee on the back deck. Kitchen fully equipped to cook any meal if you desire or plenty of local delivery. The beds were comfortable for a well night rest. Will definitely be back again . You won’t regret this stay. Highly recommend

The apartment is in a perfect location close to everything

Thank you for having us. The space is great!! Great walking distance to all of downtown. We utilized ride services so cannot speak to parking but ride services did not have trouble finding the place. Well kept space with a convenient washer and dryer. If you need a safe comfortable place to stay in Nashville look no further.

Cute, clean, stocked with all the necessities! It is next to a freeway so she even had ear plugs for you! Would stay there again.

Our stay was amazing, the condo was excellent. We walked everywhere, so location was perfect for hitting up the downtown nightlife. The building and area itself was very quiet, peacefuland felt safe our entire stay. I would recommend this place to any couples coming for a nice weekend trip.
